所谓接受完整的自己就是，没有好与不好！完完全全接纳此时此刻的自己❤️
前阵子看了Venom 2 的电影，在整部电影让我有最大感触的就是 男主角 Eddy 最后和Venom 决定和解，2合为一的去打败坏人！
在打坏人之前，其实他们两个因为不能很好的相处而大吵一架，Venom 就离开了Eddy 的本体，但是当危机出现时 Eddy 还是需要 Venom 的power 去打败坏人！
所以在这里我们可以看到：
Eddy 是我们的好人面，很善良 一直叫venom不可以乱乱吃人，不要乱伤害人；而venom 是我们的阴暗面，冲动鲁莽但它没有不好它只是用他的方式去爱和保护自己和其他人！
当我们不能接受自己其中一面的时候，分裂的状况就会出现！然后很多愤怒，不甘的情绪就会出现。。。
他们也教会了我们想要摆脱这种痛苦 就是完完全全的去接纳当下的状态，和每一个层面的自己，让好与坏结合为一体！
爱自己从接纳自己开始 ❤️

改变本来就是个不舒服的过程！

我是属于那种 只要我确定这不是我要的 我就会马上换：
💫不喜欢的人 - 要嘛远离不然就直接跟他说
💫不喜欢的工作 - 要嘛跟老板讲不然就换
💫不喜欢的生活 - 要嘛去找新的东西做不然就去创造我想要的生活
每个的改变都需要做出行动才会发生变化！
只是嘴上说累 不喜欢 没行动，什么事都不可能发生，只会一直卡在一样的循环里！
所以人生很多的不愉快 都是自己找来的！想要开心快乐的生活，也只有我们自己可以去创造出来🌸
所以不要抱怨了 去行动🌚🌚🌚
不要问我为什么那么正能量 我只是觉得可惜 我每次听到身边的人抱怨说人生不如意的时候 我就会说不如做出一些改变 他们的反应都会是好像要他们的命🌚
我真心觉得每个人都值得拥有非凡的人生 只要你不认命！
格局=成果
你的思维格局有多大，从你的结果就可以看得出！
昨天，在我公司的company training 中 我们玩了一个很有意义的游戏。游戏很简单 那就是，分成4组 每组会有$100 在1个半小时 创造最大现金的组将会获胜。
就因为这个游戏，我亲眼见证了思维格局的重要，和我们能去到多远 和我们能创造多大的财富🏆
因为在我们的组中就有人在不到一个小时的时间创造了$20k ❗️❗️❗️其实在游戏开始时 我们大家都有在想要通过push up 比赛，卖水赚差价 等等来赚取额外的收入。
但是我们的leader 就提出了 要我们把思维眼光放得长远 做多数人不会做的事。他们就决定卖high end 的服务来在短时间赚取high ticket的价格。
就在这一刻 我真的是mind blow 的！因为我真的看到了不同的思维格局 会有不同的结果！用不同的方式去想 How can we play a bigger game to achieve more !!! Take action and make it happen ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
我在瑜伽体会到最多的是... 和身体做链接🧘♀️🧘♀️🧘♀️
很多人包过我自己 以前只以为瑜伽只是一个让我们可以流汗的运动
但是自从认识了Lusin 之后我才知道，原来瑜伽不只是一个运动，而是一个可以让我们的身心灵做到链接的活动
她告诉我通过练习去感知身体的每个部位，有什么感觉然后和我们的身体做沟通；
比如我感受到了肩膀的紧绷，我就会和我的身体说relax，让我的键盘放松
这种沟通的习惯 其实确实帮助到我 会去聆听我身体给我的一些讯号，而且我会很有意识的去观察身体的紧绷程度，和观察身体的一那些部位需要去留意
比如我最近会经常感觉卵巢的部位一直在给我signal，我就知道我要去多多关注它了，
然后确实最近也认识了一个中医的朋友，她帮我把脉之后提醒我很有可能会有PCOS 叫我去检查。
就在我拥有这种意识的时候，我其实是很感恩的，因为我可以很好的了解我身体的状况✨
其实我们的身体是个很神奇的机能，懂得和身体做链接也可以帮助我们更了解和看到我们的情绪！所以瑜伽不只是一个运动，它包含着很深奥的智慧；
所以我的老师都会跟我说不要为了完美的姿势而去逼迫自己的身体！感知比姿势重要💗💗💗

Can you see that I am always not confident about myself 😅 I always think that I am not pretty enough, not smart enough etc.
Until I met my energy master, she taught me how to see the value in myself and start loving myself, because that’s no reason needed to love ourselves. Likewise feeling happy and joyful no any reasons needed as well, it’s just come from our heart 💞
