I love KFC zinger burger and for the longest time, I've been trying to recreate it. I would always look at the crumbs and check how the spices would be so well stuck on the chicken and never understood how they do it. I first started with a wet batter which turns out really crispy and delicious aswell but not like KFC. Finally, I came up with this spice blend which tastes so alike to KFC and the breading on this chicken is out of this world! SO CRUNCHY!
I can not stress how much I want you guys to try this out because I'm so proud of how this turns out 🙊
