I Did Big Mistake ... Because I purchased an iPhone from ...... A few days ago, I made the decision to purchase an iPhone 15 through the mobile application. During the purchase process, I specifically selected a product listed as "Sold by Noon," indicating my preference for a product directly from your platform. However, upon receiving the delivery, I was dismayed to find out that the product was sourced from a third-party marketplace instead of directly from noon.

Despite this initial disappointment, I decided to proceed with using the phone. However, within just two days of use, I encountered significant issues with the device, including overheating problems and microphone malfunctions. Concerned about the integrity of the product and the discrepancy in its sourcing, I decided to review the invoice, only to discover that the product I received was indeed not sourced from as indicated during the purchase process, but rather from a third-party marketplace.

Immediately recognizing the gravity of the situation, I promptly initiated a return and refund request through the Noon platform. The following day, a noon representative arrived to collect the phone for return. However, to my dismay, I received the device back today with a message stating that Noon is unable to accept the return and not able to issue a refund.

I have included screenshots clearly illustrating that the product in question was listed on the Noon website as being "Sold by Noon" exclusively. This evidence underscores the discrepancy between the product's advertised sourcing and the actual origin of the item I received.

Given these circumstances, I am left deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience and frustrated by the lack of resolution thus far. As a loyal customer, I have always valued the transparency and reliability that noon promises to deliver. However, the current situation has undoubtedly shaken my confidence in the platform.

Now, I will never recommend anyone to and if anyone is planning to purchase anything from , then be careful. You may face the same issues.
