Align your self care with the moon (pt3)

It was actually my consultation with that kick started my interest in seeing the impact of the moons transit through the sky.

As a Pisces moon and Cancer Rising, I often feel like I’m on a turbulent wave of deep feelings. I noticed mood changes occurred every 3 days or so. Turns out the moon changes signs that frequently as well. As a double water sign, with the moon as my rising planet, no wonder I felt crazy! My Virgo mind wanted structure, but it just doesn’t happen that way 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s ok to be different everyday- the moon is ever changing!

It’s energy is constantly ebbing and flowing and yours should be too.

I tend to get stuck in routine and phases of overthinking my self care. I often feel out of sync, and keeping the position of the moon in mind has helped to go with flow and achieve more balance!

When your morning card reading hits just right 👌 I have been all over the place with anxiety lately- probably due to not doing my spiritual morning practice in order to power through making dividers. This morning I picked it up again and feel like I dropped right back into the flow 😌 and all of the messaging this morning was around success in new ventures, stepping into a higher self, and releasing internal obstacles that hold me back. 🌙 yes please!

Feeling anxious lately? Totally normal. The world is crazy right now. Kids are ending summer and we are gearing up for back to school. And the upcoming Virgo new moon might be making you extra neurotic . I started designing planners for myself because I needed to support my mental health. I am always anxious over one thing or another- and I needed a way to incorporate positive routines and reminders into my workday. These spaces help me feel grounded and cantered. Remind myself WHY I am showing up everyday. Reduce the noise and to see the actions that matter most. I hope they help you too! What helps you manage and ? I would love to see your favourite tools too!
