📍 Albert Town, Marsa - Malta | Not for the faint hearted and definitely not a touristic hot spot... this is Albert Town Neighborhood which is considered Malta's Most Dangerous Neighborhood.

This outskirt of the harbour-side village of Marsa is home for many African immigrants, dodgy abandoned buildings ...but also a warehouse mecca for traders and Carnival companies.

A memorable and emotional attached exploration inside the ruins of former ITS (Institute Of Tourism Studies) Building, where together with my friend Malcolm who I've met there over 20 years ago, we went down memory lane of where we studied for 3 years, got instructed by top lecturers (both professionally and as humans) & was taught the craft of being chefs in Malta's Hospitality Institution.

A memorable and emotional attached walkabout inside the ruins of our former school ... building.

Together with my great friend who I've met there over 20 years ago, we went down memory lane of where we studied for 3 years, learned the craft of being chefs in Malta's Hospitality Institution.

Great to revive old memories but sad to see the place go.
