When MNK was abducted, they planned to create another leader for IPOB. They found their candidate in one of their own who dumped e~rating after 2019 presidential election to embrace agitation for Biafra. The rigging by APC against Atiku whom is Ekpa's preferred candidate did the magic. It is certain that Ekpa wouldn't have joined Biafra agitation, had it been Atiku won. He would have been given one post or the other.

The Nigeria media have started positioning him as IPOB leader immediately the news of MNK's extraordinary rendition broke. Many news that broke referred to him as new IPOB leader. And the young man also tried to fit in by changing his method of broadcasting, to include giving orders and subtle orders. Something he never did when MNK was around. He went on to suggest that the burden be lifted off from MNK's shoulder and put on his. This is him trying to become Leader from the back door.
Don't forget that the young man first declared that the struggle have entered AUTOPILOT. This implies that the struggle have become leaderless. This is him and his handlers nurturing ground for a takeover. Many people that didn't understand this things rose up in support of it. They laid claim to the Monday Sit At Home, stating that it is Autopilot. This is a sit at home declared by the DOS. This is a sit at home we all frowned at its cancelation. Even DOS said they initially refused to cancel it when they got the message, because the message came very late... close to a Monday. One thing these recruits knew very well is when to take advantage. Well, I am not surprised, they know the game. Are they all not e~rats whose job is lying for politicians.

The reason the Governors and politicians asked their e-rats to become Autopilot was to give the impression that Ekpa has followers and that Biafrans are behind him. We saw people that have nothing related to Biafra on their walls posing as MNK's supporters. Their assignment was to pretend to love Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, declare support for Ekpa and bash IPOB leadership. It is a contradiction they intended to sustain through accusation. They continuously accused DOS of betraying MNK and not doing enough to have MNK released.

A certain Nelly Offoegbu was the chief accuser. She was sacked from IPOB by DOS, but Ekpa proclaimed that nothing will make him stop working with Nelly Offoegbu. He made it look like DOS was trying to shut Nelly up. But the truth is that both Nelly Offoegbu and Simon Ekpa were recruited by the same people to do the job they recruited them to do.

Their job was to destroy the struggle by derailing it. Use millions of e-rats as Biafrans to force out DOS, make Ekpa the new leader and then introduce their Idu madness. These games were decoded by genuine IPOB members and they all fought to stop them. Today, it is clear they all have been exposed. All their plans failed woefully. Soon the e-rats to Nigeria politicians will start removing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's pictures as their profile picture and face zoo politics. Only then will the few IPOB members they fooled will realise how much foolish they were.

Nigeria and United Arab Emirates, UAE face-off over allocation of flight frequencies to each country’s Flag Carriers, Air Peace airline and Emirates airline may not end soon.

UAE Monday directed foreign airlines not to bring Nigerians to UAE. Nigerian passengers were denied boarding on Ethiopian airline at the Muritala Muhammed International airport, Lagos.

Sources also confirmed that Ethiopian Airlines, Turkish Air, and other international airlines going to Dubai from their bases have also been directed not to board any passenger with Nigerian passport whose final destination is Dubai, UAE.

UPDATE ON OUR ROUTINE VISIT TO OUR INDEFATIGABLE CLIENT - ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU AT THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE SERVICES (DSS) ABUJA:

Our routine visit to our indefatigable Client - Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was indeed a special one. The visit which was exclusively conducted by my humble self alone, offered us a veritable opportunity to have a heart-to-heart talk without any form of distraction or intrusion from a third party. The conviviality was indeed deep.

Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, I must sincerely confess was in a very strong spirit yesterday. Our interactions were quite frank and positively heartwarming.

We extensively discussed on proactive steps being explored by our legal team to ensure his unconditional release. His worries on those deliberately deviating from his divine preachings were highlighted and well noted.

Onyendu was also briefed on relevant legal remedies being resorted to command immediate and total obedience to court pronouncements, particularly where the directive of the court is ostensibly availing in the prevailing circumstance.

We have complied with all steps directed by the court in the likely event that the lawless DSS breach its order(s). We may not delve into the details now but, be assured that the detaining authority is fully aware of these steps and obviously being cautious/circumspect of their actions and inactions henceforth.

Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was deeply impressed with the peaceful conduct and unrelentless solidarity of his real followers - EZIGBO UMUCHINEKE. He implored them to continue to remain steadfast, peaceful, focused and never to be distracted.

Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is visibly firm in his convictions and only worried over those he predicted long ago that would disappoint him, and not the other way round.

Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's present incarceration in the lawless DSS Dungeon offered him the opportunity to identify the chaff discretely mixed with wheat long before now. It is an interesting lesson that is preparing him for the greater tasks ahead. He is fully aware that his freedom is near and will happen like a miracle. On our part, we have crossed all the t’s and dotted all the i’s.

Onyendu's best compliments remains with his true and ardent followers. I struggled to conduct this visit yesterday even when my medical situation said otherwise, but I shall always be there for Onyendu no matter the circumstance I find myself. Your prayers are truly impacting and I am doing better this morning.

UMUCHINEKE EH!!! It has happened again!!!

Recall the "Genocidal Massacre" of Emene youths of all Igbo extraction and consequent malicious prosecution of innocent persons abducted during the bloody onslaught?

A High Court sitting in Enugu today, the 14th day of December 2021, discharged and acquitted the three innocent Igbo youths who were arrested on the 23rd day of August 2020 namely:

1) PAUL OKAFOR

2) EDE FRIDAY EMMANUEL

3) OJIUDE JOSEPH ANAYOR

These youth were arrested during the Emene massacre, and were consequently charged before the Enugu High Court in Charge No: E/40C/2021, for offences of murder which carries capital punishment.

The trial was allowed on those frivolous but bogus charge. Witnesses were fielded by the prosecution who were all stereotyped on their line of evidence, but we patiently awaited for them to say “Amen”.

Upon the conclusion of their purported evidence, we filed a "No Case" submission for these innocent civilian youth, urging His Lordship to discharge them on the ground that the entire evidence of the prosecution did not disclose the commission of any offence, talk more of the alleged offence of murder, and as such the watery evidence of the prosecution does not warrant them to enter into the witness box to establish their innocence.

Consequently, we urged His Noble Lordship to discharge and acquit them because they have no case to answer.

Today, while delivering Ruling on our "No case" submission which was totally upheld, the Learned Trial Judge found and held that the Prosecution failed to show that the Defendants had any case to answer in the alleged case of murder. Hence, they were consequently discharged and acquitted.

We must not fail to appreciate the efforts of our erudite and indefatigable Head of Chambers (Chinwe Umeche, Esq) who personally handled the drafting and effectively monitored the submissions from the defense.

The advocacy skills of our esteemed Chijioke Ogeh, Esq who handled the defence and delivered it in the language the court understands, cannot be over emphasized.

I am particularly proud of this noble team in I. C. Ejiofor & Co., we are a formidable team!

The big news is still on the way and it shall happen soon.

SHOCKER!!! Nigerian Army Planting Bombs in Southeast and Blaming IPOB — ex-Abia Attorney Gen., Umeh Kalu

A former Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in Abia state, Umeh Kalu, SAN, has reportedly accused the Nigerian army of planting bombs in Southeast and blaming members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and the Eastern Security Network (ESN) for it.

According to trending reports, Kalu was reacting to a statement issued on Monday by the Nigerian army claiming that troops on a special exercise have thwarted an attempt by members of the IPOB and ESN to unleash mayhem on residents of Mgbidi and Awo Mmamma communities in Orlu LGA of Imo State.

The military claimed a swift response by the troops compelled the attackers mounted on two sienna buses and a Toyota Hilux truck to abandon their mission and withdrew in disarray, adding that four Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) planted by the group along Orlu-Owerri road have been uncovered.

But Umeh Kalu accused the Army of masterminding planting of IEDs across the Southeast region and framing innocent members of the IPOB and ESN for it just to nail Maazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of IPOB.

He spoke on Tuesday at his residence while playing host to visitors amongst who were members of his School’s Old Boys Association, friends and political associates from Abia state who were on a private visit to his home.

Kalu said: “Can the military go ahead and provide number of arrests made following the supposed busting of the ghost attackers? How come no single arrest was said to have been made by the all-powerful Nigerian army?

“This is simply a comic relief from the Army and nothing more. Where are the two Sienna buses and Toyota Hilux truck the military claimed the attackers came in? None was retrieved by the troops from the attackers? What a comedy!

“The Military simply planted IEDs themselves, went ahead to retrieve the IEDs that have no life in it claiming to have successfully diffused it just to appear to be working and appease their pay-masters.”

The former Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice warned the military to stop attacking the good people of Southeast and framing innocent members of IPOB and ESN for it, insisting that IPOB was made up of a peace-loving people.

“We have been raising alarms over the illegal activities of the Nigerian army in Southeast of recent and nothing has been done or said by the leaders and governors of Southeast. Innocent lives have been wasted all in the name of exercise Golden Dawn.”

He said if such continues, he will be forced to let the world know how the Military has been going about supervising coordinated attacks and killings in Southeast in collaboration with sister agencies and blaming IPOB for it.

“Enough is enough, the Nigerian military should stop this show of shame and stop stooping so low all in a bid to show force where there is none. They are more needed in the terrorists ravaged Northeast region and not Southeast where there are no cases of terrorists or bandits,” Kalu chided the Army.

Bindmans LLP calls on UK ministers to act in light of Nnamdi Kanu’s ongoing torture

Bindmans LLP has been instructed by the family of Nnamdi Kanu to raise urgent concerns with ministers about his detention in conditions which amount to torture. We have also outlined a series of options for diplomatic and international legal action against Nigeria and key officials there, requesting assurances that they will be considered urgently and the resulting action plan is then fully explained.

Mr Kanu is a British national leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) movement. He was brought to Nigeria without any due process and the Nigerian government has produced no evidence to show there was not extraordinary rendition. Since 27 June 2021, Mr Kanu has been detained in solitary confinement in a cell measuring six by six feet for nearly 24 hours a day. He has also been denied medical assistance for ongoing health conditions.

Concerns have repeatedly been raised by Bindmans with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), and by Mr Kanu’s lawyers in Nigeria with the authorities and courts there. Neither government has disputed that Mr Kanu is being detained in these conditions.
It is internationally recognised that prolonged solitary confinement of more than 15 consecutive days constitutes torture. Mr Kanu has been detained in such conditions for nearly six months.

To date, the UK’s diplomatic efforts have had very little effect. UK officials have only been able to visit Mr Kanu once whilst in detention, his conditions of detention have not changed since that visit and no other progress has been made in assisting him.

The British government has a firm and explicit policy on condemning and seeking to end torture and mistreatment. That policy sets out a range of actions open to the UK authorities when an individual with British nationality is subject to torture abroad. There is no dispute that Mr Kanu is being tortured.

It is essential, therefore, that the FCDO steps up its efforts to assist him and stop his torture imminently. To do otherwise would be inconsistent with the UK’s obligations under international law and the principles of its policy.

We have made detailed representations to the FCDO on its legal obligations through its lawyers, and expect a prompt response on what action will now be taken.

When I saw that video, I smiled and remembered DJ Razor. Immediately, I became interested and looked forward for the two weeks time he set to open "can of worms and chase us out of IPOB and out social media". It's been more than two weeks oo, I never see anything.

According to an intelligent report from a reliable/anonymous source who revealed that the State Security Service, self-styled as the Department of State Services (DSS) has just employed Mr Chukwuka Ofoegbu aka Ijele Speak or Udele who is to be stationed at the Abuja Airport (Murtala Mohammed) where he will be pointing at any ipob member that is coming back from abroad.

Below is a Summary of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Court proceedings of today, 2nd December

First, there was total absence of security operatives in court and around the outer perimeters as was the case during previous proceedings.

Second, Mazi Kanu was not in court and there was no officer from the DSS to explain why. But from what I surmised, both the court and the DSS might’ve concluded that his presence in court was not strictly required in the sort of application that was moved in court today. However, we still protested his absence in court.

Third, the court did not grant Kanu’s Legal Team the leave to move our pending application challenging the jurisdiction of the court to continue the trial. Recall that we had filed such application, arguing that the extraordinary rendition of Kanu constitutes a constitutional barrier to his trial. The court ruled that the application was not calendared for hearing today; and that will be heard at the next adjourned date.

Fourth, the court, after going through what it called a tight judicial calendar, moved the date of the next hearing backwards from 19th to 18th January, 2022.

Finally, the court ruled that it will entertain all outstanding applications at the next hearing; and proceeded to make the following Orders:

1, That Mazi Kanu be given maximum comfort possible in the detention facility.

2, That he be allowed a change of clothing.

3, That he be allowed free practice of his Jewish faith including access to his Jewish religious materials.

4, That the DSS obey all previous orders granted in the matter, including allowing Kanu any visitor of his choice.

5, That Kanu be permitted, at his option, to mingle freely with other inmates or any other persons at the detention facility.

Barbados just became independent from UK and no one was killed.

When Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe fought for the independent of Nigeria, it was given to us on dialogue. The British even when they were controlling everything never used force on the agitators.

I see no reason why the current African head of states are using force Against agitators for self determination instead of dialogue.

Biafra was not named Biafra by the Portuguese. One thing you learn being a lawyer don't listen to talk research find evidence, I did.

No the original name Biafra wasn't coined like Benin by the Portuguese and the British removed Biafra from the World Maps which I imagine was for colonial reasons of possessions, as they did redraw parts of Liberia and Australia also.
But I wonder about the fact that Igbo is an original language an expert will tell you it's a language that has not migrated from elsewhere and I know God is used in naming so for me maybe theres more spirtual meaning to the removal of Biafra its renaming not just the creation of the British Colony Nigeria.

*Also it's worth noting that King John II of Portugal at the time forbade anyone to map or talk of Portugals; West Africa expeditions on fate of death for the explorer and their entire family as he was searching for the point of creation.

Because whatever policy that will be executed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, it must first of all go to DOS for deliberation and approval. Once it is approved by the DOS, it will be carried out but once it's not approved, that policy will be suspended. DOS is as to IPOB as congress is to Americans. The only difference is that IPOB is practicing quasi democracy because Biafra is not yet sovereign state. In this arrangement, any policy that the DOS feels that it will harm the struggle, they will advise MNK to jettison it but if MNK insisted like he insisted on sit at home suspension, the DOS will obey the last order because MNK is the higher command on IPOB (C&C). This is why we say that MNK is DOS and DOS is MNK.

In the case of Simon Ekpa, it's true that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu gave order (policy) to sublet Simon Ekpa a slot to broadcast on radio Biafra but when Simon Ekpa refused to sign the IPOB code of conduct that govern IPOB media department, they perceived that Simon Ekpa have a devilish hidden agenda and they immediately communicated to MNK via the people he passed the message that they disapproved it due to Ekpa's disloyalty to the authority or laid down rule. MNK didn't overrule the decision of DOS and that is why the issue is not mentioned again by MNK. If what Simon Ekpa did was not harmful to the struggle, MNK could have insisted ( Overrule) that Simon Ekpa must be allowed unconditionally to broadcast and the DOS will not have choice than to obey him. I'm sure after this explanation, you will not allow autopilot spirit to misguide you again?

IPOB is a well structured freedom fighting movement. We are not against anybody but we are trying to protect and preserve the structure of this struggle as was laid down by MNK bd the leadership of IPOB. If you're not comfortable with this arrangement, you're free to form your own group and do it the way you fell it should be done. Or wait until Biafra is restored and you can come and practice your democracy.
