The burnout is real. Having done Shiftwork for way too many years, being 46 and having a young child it all suddenly piles up.

You work to prove yourself at your traditional place of work as well as at home.

What is it all for. The traditional work I mean????

It is your family that get the worst of you when you’re stressed and burnt out. Your work would replace you tomorrow. I am quite literally a number. IYKYK!

I’m so glad there is another way. Never to late to PIVOT

My snow holiday is coming to an end. Am I sad? NO. Whilst I don’t want the holiday to end I know that in the not too distant future my life will be the adventure of my choosing. Knowing that my business in the next 2-3 years is going to allow me the freedom to work from anywhere and allow me and my family the adventures we so desire is so heart warming. So am I sad this holiday is coming to an end. Not really. There’s so many more adventures on the horizon. Create your own future. Don’t let your 9-5 dictate how you live your life. It’s 2023 (and even that’s almost over) and if you don’t realise by now there are so many opportunities out there for the taking then you’ll be left behind.

Riding the chairlift at the snow with my husband and baby girl was a moment in my life I will never forget. Her little face as she says “I’m so excited, let’s do this” just melted my heart.

She’s growing so fast and I’m just so
thankful to be able to share such amazing family times together.

Dad, you loved birthdays and Christmas like the big kid that you were. You loved your family harder than anyone I know. Whilst I sit at the window of my snow apartment and watch the beautiful dance of the groomers I can’t help but smile and cry all at the same time.

You absolutely loved me living my life and taught me to go after it every single day.

You are such a big part of my WHY.

You worked so hard so that we (your family) didn’t have to. You’ve taught me that the most important thing in life is our health and having each other.

That’s why I’ve combined those two things and I know how much you’d be my biggest cheerleader in my online business journey.

𝑰𝑻'𝑺 𝑨 𝑽𝑰𝑩𝑬

This next chapter of my life I’m calling happy, healthy & blessed. I'm sure we all want to live our lives to the fullest and what better way to do that than choosing to focus on the positive.

When we focus our attention on the positive things in our lives, it can have a profound effect not only on our mental and physical health but can also inspire us to move forward and take action to create even more good in our lives. That’s why I’ve chosen this new chapter of my life to be filled with joy, hope, and abundance - now and in the future.

What I want you to know is that you can have a happy, healthy and blessed life too. The key is to start taking small but specific actions moving towards what you want, even if it’s just one thing at a time. It could be anything from focusing on eating better, exercising regularly or simply taking some time each day to practice gratitude. It could be starting something new, something that scares you, but you do it anyway!

No matter how small or big these steps are, it’s important to remember that the most important thing is creating momentum and gradually achieving progress over time. Once you take the first step and trust in yourself, wonderful things will start happening.

This is my journey and I invite you to come along with me as I strive to live my life happily, healthily and blessedly - for myself and for you too!
