Blue Dog RSPCA (England & Wales)
'7-month-old Tarlia found herself in the care of RSPCA Southport, Ormskirk & District Branch after concerns were raised for her welfare. She was emaciated, frightened and found kennel life stressful due to her blindness.
She's now flourishing in her foster home and is ready to start searching for her forever family with a resident dog who can offer her guidance and reassurance.
Her lack of sight is not something that bothers her and we hope that it won't put off her future adopters either 💙

'After a meeting with officials from the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality on Wednesday, 10 July 2024, the NSPCA has received official confirmation that the Municipality intends on reopening the Bloemfontein Zoo, the same facility which currently has a criminal prosecution pending against it, for serious contraventions of the Animals Protection Act 71 of 1962 in respect of gross animal cruelty and neglect.

'Harper is a very beautiful young girl that was found on the streets and never claimed. She gets on very well with other dogs and loves people of all ages! She is awfully sweet natured, very friendly and loves to spend time with us! She is very playful and affectionate, and she adores being cuddled and loved! She is a precious soul who will make a very special companion and family pet! When we enter her camp she always gives us the biggest smile and tail wag! She must sleep inside at night and she will do best in a home where she has canine company during the day. She is a gentle girl with a beautiful soul who loves to be close to her human. 'Bella is an absolutely gorgeous female GSD/chow/husky pup that has been surrendered to our kennels. She is around 9 weeks old and will be a medium size when fully grown. She gets on very well with other dogs, is very trainable around cats, and loves people of all ages including children. She is super precious, so loving and very affectionate. She loves to cuddle and get yummy treats. She is a very sweet natured, friendly and loving puppy with a beautiful temperament and a kind heart. She needs lots of attention, puppy training, a good sized garden and daily exercise. She must go to a home where someone is at home during the day and has the time to care for her and give her lots of guidance! She must be a special part of the family and sleep inside the house at night. She will make an incredibly special companion and beautiful family pet. This is an active breed that requires lots of exercise, stimulation, a spacious garden and someone who knows the breed.
