The stages of mother hood are so wild. The honesty and vulnerability of others going through the same type of crazy, is what gets me through. I had 3 under the age of 4 at one point! Those were the greatest, and hardest days 😭😱😴. Now, I'm almost at where they're all school aged, and these are the greatest and hardest days 😭😱🤯. What's next???

When I discovered this 'quote' last year during the campaign, it resonated with me on such a deep level. I am usually great, and I can usually work my way through the crappy times I'm dealing with inside, but in those moments (days...weeks...) when I'm real low, the greatest relief is knowing that I'm not alone in my feelings❤.

As a wife and mom, I struggle with Self Care. I often feel guilty or selfish if I decide to leave that laundry and go do a workout. This one is tough to admit, but this one is about as raw and real as it comes.
I am 99% always great! I can 99% of the time ALWAYS find joy in any situation.
But, sometimes I fall. ...the important thing though: is that we're honest about it and that we somehow (!!) get back up!
I wasnt going to release an episode this week, I didnt think anybody would want to hear what was going on!! But, the more people I talk to, the more connected I get through social media, the more I find 'we' disconnect from our true feelings. And the more I realized that there are so many people that resonate with this and so many people that need to hear that's it's ok, it's going to be oKAY!!! So- I'm sharing my sh!tty week. I hope you'll tune in.

💛 Well, here I am to announce my new podcast. It's a spinoff to and I gotta say it doesnt come with out terror. Fear of the unknown, fear of judgment, fear of self worth and fear of failure. With that said however, it also comes with a bunch of excitement. I'm ready to share in all that I've learned; through energy healing, through the craziness of mom life, through the struggles of emotional and mental states, through fitness, and mostly through positivity and love.
