Dr. Love Ineh commended the governor's efforts since the last 100 Days, saying that His Excellency has done excellently well so far, so good despite the fact that he came in and met the ravaging world pandemic (Corona virus).She noted that conditions that brought Sen. Hope Uzodinma into office as the governor of Imo state were by divine mandate and God's intervention which has also turned out to be the light of the day to all Imolites.
Dr. Love Ineh said that His Excellency came into office only to see, not just an empty treasury of the state, but dilapidated structures and corrupt practices in the civil service commission, but He immediately swung into action to reconstruct and rehabilitate the entire Secretariat, as well as flushing out the fraudsters collecting both salaries and pensions at the same time, improvement of workers salaries and fixing back the water and power sources, including renovating the government house and governor's lodge which were abandoned by the previous administration.
Dr. Love Ineh also pointed out some of the good plans of His Excellency through her ministry such as: Building of low-cost houses for the low income earners (civil servants) across the three zones (Owerri, Orlu and Okigwe) and, of course, in all the 27 LGAs of the state, Consolidation of Infrastructural projects across the state, Recovering of some government's owned houses which has been occupied for years by some retired civil servants and the abandoned houses in the state,
Ensuring a Corona virus-free environment even though we have recorded minimal number of confirmed cases recently but with zero deaths,
Mapping out of Isolation centers in the three zones and building of test centers across the state,etc...
In summary, Dr. Love Ineh urged Imolites to remain patient with the governor as there are lots of good packages for them by the governor. Always pray for him..., also assuring them that Sen. Hope Uzodinma has neither come to destroy nor steal but has come to work for the betterment of every Imolites.
