Jihoz on recent patch/update:

The update is to:

- Get rid of bots. Almost all bots , from our data were less than 800 MMR and queueing in pvp to hope to meet another bot. This change makes it so that bots will not be able to queue against each other and complete the daily quest. This was taking SLP away from and reducing its value for our real, hard-working players.

- Encourage players to learn to become an awesome battler in the arena and for scholarships to focus on teaching and educating. This will also ensure that scholarships are recruiting the very best potential scholars and making sure they have the right knowledge and equipment.

This will be a change that's very healthy long-term for the community and economy. Long-term we will need features like crafting, burning, dex to balance the economy of course as well.

Axie, at the end of the day is a game and needs to reward those that are best at the game with the highest rewards. Breeding, choosing a team, upgrading your teams over time are also part of the game.

I also want to say that I understand that the update might be stressful for players that have weaker teams or are elderly/disabled. Your MMR will be reset with the new season. Please watch some of the content from awesome battlers on Youtube, I believe each and every one of you has the ability to be over 800 MMR if you put in the effort and ask for guidance.
