This was one of the coolest places to not just play a last minute show but just in general, and a great place to workout! Perhaps should rent their place out as a cool neon music venue when they're not training people to box 🥊😅 Mega thanks to them for lending us their space, I'll always sing their praises! And a very special thanks to all the fans, friends, and family who made this night absolutely magic 🪄✨
And an even more special thanks and shout-out to my good friend who made all this possible, you're the best brother!

Dunja Rombouts. Born in Belgium, big connection with South Africa, resides in London. She is quietly fierce and darkly loving. She's my buddy, I like trolling her a lot, and if she ever sees me in person she may try and beat me up! 😯😹 She helps create apps, she's very bright, and very strong. She opened up about some deep personal things in her life on my show and I've never even met her in person and I live in a completely different world. God truly blessed me with her friendship. 🤝

Very powerful. Depression and su***de are more common in people than you think. It never ceases to surprise me at how someone I feel is on such a pedestal can feel or be so low or even come from a darker place like JJ has. He's a very clever, handsome, and wildly talented person. He's been in movies, TV programs, traveled to other countries for music videos, and is just an all around nice person; but he has pain, insecurity, indifference, and deep scars... Don't we all? We definitely fall? But do we dance, or do we crawl?... JJ dances.

A performance by the multi talented Brandon Snipes from this week's episode, (episode debuts tomorrow).

A song about mental health and meaningful love for one's brother. I found this song to be remarkably poignant and even evocative in relation to my own life and health and relationships. In my uneducated, unprofessional, uncultured opinion, this song should be deeply resonant and emotionally touching to anyone who really, really, listens to it. Sometimes the people, and, or, the things we turn to can be our entombment, and sometimes they can be our testament to finding freedom. I suppose it depends on what tune you choose to tap your feet to.

He's my pal, and he's very inspiring. He gives an immense template for me wanting more, being more, and living up to his potential of just being a better man, a better person.
