Recently I'm very crazy into baking. I've tried baking different kind of cakes but has never tried using the oven to bake dinner meals.  
 
So, here's my virgin bake for our dinner meal. Baked Salmon Slices and Prawns 👇🏻 
 
Ingredients:  
- Sliced salmon (lazy mama get sashimi salmon for the bake 😬) 
- 5 Tiger prawns  
- Lilo Premium Ikan Bilis Powder
- Salt  
- Pepper  
 
Simple steps (guidance from Papa D): 
1. Preheat the oven at 180C.  
2. Lay the sliced salmon on the parchment paper tray. 
3. Spread the Lilo Premium Ikan Bilis Powder evenly on the salmon slices.  
4. Put the marinated salmon in the oven to bake for approximately 15 minutes.  
5. Repeat step 2 & 3 for the prawns.  
6. Spread salt and pepper evenly on the prawns. 
7. Put the marinated prawns in the oven to bake for approximately 15 minutes.  
 
Now, you're ready to enjoy the baked prawns and salmon.

We don't really bring the brothers to any of the indoor playgrounds, especially during the covid period till now. Being parents, we tend to be very conscious about their wellbeing. Sometimes, we do question ourselves is it the right thing to do or are we overly conscious.

It's Always Milk Time for the 2 brothers since they were babies till now.

Weather can be super hot recently. It is also one of the excuses for us to indulge into these sweet treats 😋 
 
We tried the gelato from . They make many unique flavours and all are so yummy 😋 
 
The flavours we tried:  
🍨 Rocher - Brother E's favourite  
🍨 Roasted Pistachio  
🍨 Maple Pecan 
🍨 Dark Chocolate (70%) - it is bitter to my taste but surprisingly it is yummy to Brother D. It is his favourite.  
🍨 Black Sesame - Papa D says is 👍 
🍨 Peanut Butter Caramel - If you are a fan of Peanut butter. 😉 
🍨 Bundung - Papa D also like this

Ever since I am a mum I started to have this guilt, that's call "𝗠𝘂𝗺𝗺𝘆'𝘀 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁". I believe a lot of mums out there also do have this same guilt as me. ​
​
As most of you would have known that I am a mother of 2 boys, as well as my #3 is at the other side of world. I'm also a ftwm. ​
​
My 1st guilt came when I need to go back to work after my maternity leave and I can't be with brother D. I really felt very sad. ​
​
2nd guilt came when I need to send brother D to infant care. I only started my school life when I was 5 years old. But he started at 7 months old. ​
​
3rd, we enrolled brother D for swimming class and he loves it. But we need to stop his swim lessons as papa D lost his job and me pregnant with brother E. ​
​
4th, I can't spend as much time as before when there is only brother D alone. Now I need to divide whatever time I've with both brothers. ​
​
5th, when brother E was almost 2 months old, he was admitted to the hospital due to high fever. I can't be with him when the nurses given him some jab to help his recovery. Hearing his cries from outside the room broke my heart. ​
​
The most painful guilt was we lost our #3 when he/ she is only 9 weeks old in me, but we only found out when it was on the 12th week. Doctor mentioned it was a missed miscarriage. ​
​
The usual guilts, if only I am a shm they will not need to got cc or scc, especially this endemic. As well as, if only I can earn enough to provide them with the best. So it's kind of like hard to balance right? 😜 ​
​

I would really love to recommend it to everyone, whether you are already a mum, a mum-to-be or not. This book, "Mummy's Guilt? The Challenges & Wonders of Working Mums'" is written by Eleanor Lin. It talks about the challenges and wonders that a working mum face. Practical tips for a ​ mum-to-be, mum or not. ​
​
After reading, I would say that it brought back memories whether it's happy, sad or pain. But 1 thing will never change - motherhood is a learning journey not just for me but for every mums. ​
​
Mummies and daddies, we can learn and do it together. Most importantly, we are not alone. 加油哦 😊

Pineapple fillings have a wee bit of sour tangy taste and the texture is smooth.

The cookie itself is more buttery than other brands that I have tried earlier on.

If you were to pop the whole mini ball into your mouth, you can basically taste the cookie more than the pineapple. It also has a bit of the melt in your mouth feeling.

Overall, this is the best pineapple tart I tried so far.

There are also others nice snacks and cookies from Oleh Sayang. Another of my favourite are their Florentine and Tom Yum Emping Belinjo.

This is brother D first official P1 LingoAce Singapore lesson. ​
