I’ve wanted to start this for some time now, and then it struck me. If I don’t begin now, I will never do it. So here goes nothing…

I want to create awareness! Our industry is amazing, yet simultaneously so fu**ed. That’s why I would like to hear and share your stories—the good, the bad, and the ugly! That’s right, all of it. No names, no personal information shared—nothing but the raw truth abou

t whether the industry lives up to its appearance or not. Any subject is open for discussion—your mental health, how you’ve coped or are coping with the stressful environment, advice for the newcomers, discussions about captains, salaries, health, and more. You choose, I am just the messenger. The intention will also involve speaking with industry gurus. For instance, we could explore the best places to pursue courses and the reasons behind those choices. The possibilities are endless! I invite you to support and join me on this quest.
