❤️Annual Youth Day❤️

You and your family are invited to join us Sunday, June 9,2024 at 10:00 a.m. for our Annual Youth Day.
2024 Theme “Rainbow In The Sky”.
Genesis 9:13-16

Come Praise the Lord with us. See you Sunday morning at 10:00 am

07/06/2024

In Arkansas (as of June 5th), soggy soil (above normal ground water) was noted from southwest into central sections of the state. Across the northern and eastern counties, conditions were drier than normal.

07/06/2024

Good morning Arkansas,

Another warm day is on deck this afternoon, with temperatures expected to climb into the upper 80s to lower 90s at most locations. Dry weather should continue through tomorrow, with rain chances returning to most of the region by Sunday.

06/06/2024

It should be a relatively dry and uneventful night across the Natural State. Low temperatures will generally be in the 60's, although a few areas across the north could see the mercury dip down into the 50's.

06/06/2024

Does it seem like it has been raining more than usual? If so, you would not be wrong. Aside from Texarkana, De Queen, Tyler, and Monroe, the period from Jan 1st - June 5th 2024 has been in the top 5 for wettest periods on record. Lufkin ranks number 1 on paper and in our hearts!

06/06/2024

So far in 2024, 32 tornadoes have been counted in Arkansas. There were 25 tornadoes in May, and 15 of these were spawned on the 26th. On that day, the strongest tornadoes (rated EF3) of the year (3 of them) tore through Benton, Boone, Marion, Baxter, and Fulton Counties.

06/06/2024

Who's happy to finally see the sun for a full day?! Unfortunately, that means the heat and humidity is back in force with high temperatures in the lower to mid 90s today! Take it easy if spending time outdoors, especially this afternoon.

05/06/2024

Our normal Wednesday weekly NOAA Weather Radio test today has been postponed until Thursday (tomorrow).

05/06/2024

A period of below normal temperatures continues to appear likely around the middle of the month for portions of Arkansas and nearby locations. Check out the latest temperature outlook for the June 10-14 timeframe.

05/06/2024

A complex of showers and thunderstorms will develop overnight in Oklahoma, and sweep across southwest Arkansas during the predawn hours on Wednesday. The main concern with storms that become severe will be damaging wind. Localized flash flooding is also possible.

04/06/2024

A Flood Watch is in effect for the entire Four-State region through Wednesday afternoon as a few more rounds of heavy rainfall are possible over the next few days. An additional 1-3 inches of rainfall may occur with the heaviest totals generally along and north of the I-20 corridor.

04/06/2024

A few rounds of additional heavy rainfall associated with a series of thunderstorm complexes will maintain a heightened risk of flash flooding today and overnight with another 1-3 inches of rainfall possible.

04/06/2024

A Slight Risk of severe thunderstorms is highlighted across much of the region again today through tonight. Damaging winds will be the primary threat with thunderstorm complexes shifting south from the Southern Plains into the Four-State region today and overnight. In addition, heavy rainfall may lead to localized flash flooding.
