Everyone We are at the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania meeting people that are looking to book hunts with outfitters. Some are asking the right questions, and some outfits are giving honest answers, but we are still hearing questions that give dishonest outfitters a chance to take your money without providing the hunt they promise. Listen to this podcast episode if you are booking a hunt with any business.
Read reviews, do your research, ask questions, get references, talk to their guides, etc.
we recorded this podcast after last year show season to touch on how dishonest outfitters can be. Yes, it ruffled some feathers, but it’s a subject that needs talked about.
Have you had a bad experience with an outfitter, or on a hunt? We would like to hear about it. We plan to do another episode on these issues and help people to avoid it by the research they can do beforehand (please don’t put out names of the outfit unless in a private message)

2023 Rifle Recap Episode has just been posted
The day after Montana’s rifle season ended we sat down with the guides Jay, Logan, and Zac to talk about our rifle season, what went right, what went wrong, and some tips for our future clients on gear to consider, practices to start, and workouts to do.
We also breifly highlighted the best part of the rifle season … the Youth Hunters! We want to thank all the parents that booked a hunt for their kids to be a part of. Each youth hunter came out on a mission, they either tagged some nice bucks, passed on nice bucks, or hiked without giving up! All of which are success stories.

We're Back! On the first episode of Season 2 Josh Merschat Aaron Harris and Logan Trombley recall the highs and lows of the hunts this past archery season, Josh gets a new nickname, we introduce the newest member of the team, and Aaron shows off his sound effects.

To all our loyal fans that have been asking for a new episode we were able to take a break between shows to get into what might be some touchy subjects about in the outfitting industry and how to avoid booking a bad experience and what to focus on to ensure you are booking a great experience.
