1 Millions $ morning routine- inspired by Mel Robbins
1. When alarms ring get up right away.
2. Make your bed.
3. Brush ur teeth and do I high five yourself in the mirror.
4. Set an intention, who's I'm going to be today.
No matter what happen in the day, you will have a good day.😊
5. Move ur body and move ur mind. (Means exercise and meditate or Journaling) just for ten mins. Note: Don't. Look at ur email or text or any social media. First thing in the morning.
