Overland Park FD responded to a collision involving a structure around 8:30 PM. A passerby says the driver fled on foot after crashing into the garage structure. Several buildings also lost power as a result of the crash. OPPD was unavailable and didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM.
Pursuit: SB Metcalf from I-435
Lee’s Summit PD is pursuing an armed male with charges for aggravated assault.

Overland Park Police on scene advising one person was ejected. US-69 is being shut down at 159th St in NB and SB directions.
Med-Act is advising they have three patients; two are stable one is critical.
M1145 is en-route to Overland Park Regional with a critical trauma activation. The patient was involved in an MVC, got out of the vehicle, and was struck by another vehicle while walking on the highway. Pt is suffering from a femur fracture and a puncture wound to the abdomen.

Caller advising there are ten cars and someone slammed into the wall.
