Before, I was a very self-conscious person because of my appearance. My job as a salesperson often communicates a lot, so my appearance affects a lot. Realizing that, I was determined to lose weight during the epidemic season, then I applied clean eating. I chose 💯% diet cereal to replace the main meals my sister recommended
