A THOUGHT TO PONDER:
This week a young man from Kingston school district who won the the state championship in archery went on to Nationals in Sandy, Utah. He was actually sponsored by another school district because I believe someone was told that was a club not an actual school sport. Well, if that don't blow me away. Well, if this lay down and do nothing school board (I will give this newly elected board have the benefit of changing things) let the superintendent get by with this then they need to remember why they bothered to run for school board. THE KIDS AND WHAT IS BEST FOR THE SCHOOL, NOT LET THE SUPERINTENDENT CALL THE SHOTS SHE IS SUPPOSE TO DO WHAT THEY TELL HER TO DO. Well I hope in the near future that Kingston will have an archery team and not a club, they have some real talent down there and I would hate to see it go to waste.

Congratulations Potosi Track and Field parents and students. These are seniors and this will be their last year of track and high school. Good luck to each and everyone of you from all of us at the Washington County MO Political Page for the People by the People. These kids have given so much to be where they are. The parents of these kids have given time, support and love to their children and have many hours in stands, driving, picking them up from practices and meets over the 4 years they have been in this sport that we feel they deserve a big hug for trying to keep all this straight 😂. Once again congratulations seniors and the greatest luck and prayers for your future. You have made your school proud and for that we thank you. CLASS OF 2023 POTOSI TROJAN TRACK AND FIELD MEMBERS.
