Picked up my tickets for the new Pet Sematary movie! 🎬 The original is sheer perfection to me & I don’t think anything is going to top it for me. Zelda is pure nightmare fuel, the rad Ramones soundtrack, Gage running around with a scalpel slicing & dicing Achilles’ tendons, & of course—the incredible Fred Gwynne. 🙏 Recently, a lot of our favorite 80s horror movies are getting revamped & although nothing can compare (in my opinion), I’m still happy that people are getting excited again for horror! Studios make remakes because they’re a guaranteed profit, & in turn, start taking chances on original ideas. 🙌 What are your thoughts on 1989’s Pet Sematary? 💀🎬🖤

C.H.U.D. (Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers) ✖ They’re not staying down there any longer✖

Did y’all catch the C.H.U.D. tape in the opening scene of 📼 Who knew was an 80s horror fan 🧟‍♂️🔪 “US” was fun to watch & dissect...full of references to movies like The Lost Boys, & deeper metaphors related to socioeconomic issues, nature vs nurture, etc. It definitely commands a second watch.
