The first Pac-12 “in conference” game of the season has arrived when 8-2 WSU travels to Corvallis Saturday to face the 4-6 Beavers. WSU will look to bounce back after a loss last week in New Mexico, while OSU will try their best to reach bowl eligibility.

#18 ranked Washington State took the loss Saturday in a game that they should have blown out. The first half was all WSU taking a 28-14 lead into the 3rd quarter, but beyond that point they changed up their game-plan and watched their lead fade away.

WSU @ New Mexico Preview- Cougs to add 13th game? Mateer offered $1M NIL from another school?

#18 ranked WSU will be heading to New Mexico this weekend looking to move to 9-1 against the Lobos and #2 rushing QB in the country Devon Dampier. The Lobos have one of the better rushing attacks in the game but lack on defense, which the Cougs will look to exploit.

Other news this week is a loophole that would allow WSU to add a 13th game to their schedule, and rumors spreading that John Mateer has already been offered a $1M NIL deal from another university.... how long will John stay?

Furious George once again led all of baseball in strikeout to walk ratio (7.78) and walks per 9 innings (1.1), becoming the first to lead both categories in back to back years since Cliff Lee in 2012-13.

Through 89 career regular season games started, he has just 64 total walks, and 484 K’s. Averaging 0.71 walks per game pitched, an 8.5 K/9, 1.1 BB/9, 7.56 K/BB ratio.
