It’s a wrap for season 2. How many great minds did I talk to last year?

Not a trivia :) I had 21 mind-blowing conversations on all different topics on sales and life in the last nine months, and I can't thank all of my guests who were humble despite their popularity and made time to share their voices with thousands of people. Today, Some of them are friends and business partners, I have bought from some of them(they never sold) or will buy in the future.

Call me old school, but trust is important to me. I trust all these people and their expertise. I have tested and used their advice and seen success in my career. Some of the advice have changed the course of my life.

These topics ranged from Prospecting, Closing, Coaching, Linkedin Branding, SDR Variable Plan, Mental Health, Life, transitioning to revops from SDR role, and@much more.

If you blame your failures on company politics, and other people sabotaging you, while all of that might be true, it's still your fault.

If you are looking for comfort and sympathy, stop reading and scroll to the next mindless post where people are celebrating their success without telling you how they navigate within an org to reach the pinnacles of success.

Success in a start-up is not linear. If you thought you will join the top startup, work, and succeed, you got it all wrong. We all have seen cases where the top performer didn't get promoted and the bottom performer did.

The onus is on you. It's still your job to learn the basics of human nature and understand how people behave in a work setting and importantly why, how you can read them and prevent yourself from all losing at the workplace.

A lot of you are starting your careers now and entering a new world to you have no idea about.
