Rereading CSM... again.

After seeing the debut of the anime series, I'm harshly reminded of how vulnerable and desperate Denji is as a normal human.

After experiencing the ambience of the audio in the first episode paired with such a bleak first glimpse into his experiences really gave me a terrifying sense of relation to how it feels living in society today where every aspect of life seems to be governed by monetary value.

Life is a very beautiful thing but it can turn on you in an instant. Especially when most aspects of quality of life are dictated solely on a intangible concept created by society such as money.

Overall, this first episode has made me experience a roller coaster of emotions in such a small span of time with such a short, simple and sweet introduction that it felt like the episode was over in no time at all, leaving me madly craving for more.

In music, the word “coda” usually means a finale or a conclusion. In the deaf community, however, CODA stands for “child of deaf adult."
