Lovely review for the Miles Otto EP up on Juno Records: "Ritual Poison's Batrachian sub label welcomes Miles Otto to the fold with some exemplary explorations on the outer reaches of electro. There's a braindance warble to the synth work, but the beats have a decisive crunch and impact which ensures these tracks have been built with the floor in mind. Still, Otto has plenty to say through his melodic passages, whether on the dreamy 'CV Swizzly' or the snappier 'Vectron'. It's fitting that Plant43 is on board for a remix of 'CV Swizzly', given that artist's long-standing commitment to pushing electro forwards in interesting directions. Throughout, we're treated to the highest of high-grade machine funk - highly recommended for anyone in thrall to the machines.

Very excited to announce the next release on our sibling label Batrachian Records: Miles Otto's 'Skitter' EP. This Bristol-based artist has already released some great acid-inflected electronica, and his live performances, all with analogue gear, are excellent. The three tracks here capture that magic, flitting between dreamy synth reverie and spiky electro rhythms. There's also a lush remix from Plant43, adding his distinctive take to lead track 'CV Swizzly'. Check out the previews in the comments below. The EP is out 18th September from all the usual vinyl outlets and via the Ritual Poison bandcamp page.

We're super excited to announce our first label compilation, 'Pharmakon'! We've been working on putting this one together for quite a while now, and we're so thrilled with the results. Limited-edition cassette (100 copies) and digital release. Preorders are live today (link in the comments), and you get Anna Wall & Corbi's massive tune 'Space Kicks' upfront.
