“Do what you have to do so that you can be what you want to be”

"Ben, it's okay to fail. It's okay to fail, but it's not okay to give up."

"Benjamin, you have to promise me that you will never limit yourself based on what you think you can't do. Look beyond your eyes can see, and your mind can conceive."

"Gifted Hands" is a movie that offers several inspiring and motivating lessons. Here's a summarized list of some of the key lessons from the film:

Overcoming Adversity: Dr. Ben Carson's life story is a testament to the power of determination and perseverance in the face of adversity. He rose from a challenging background to become a renowned neurosurgeon.

The Importance of Education: The movie highlights the critical role of education in achieving one's dreams. Dr. Carson's commitment to learning and his mother's insistence on reading played a significant part in his success.

Belief in Oneself: It emphasizes the importance of self-belief. Dr. Carson believed in his potential and abilities, even when others doubted him. This self-confidence was a driving force in his accomplishments.

Hard Work and Dedication: The film underscores the value of hard work and dedication in achieving success. Dr. Carson's long hours of studying and continuous improvement are evident in his journey.
Mentorship: The influence of mentors is a key theme. Dr. Carson's relationship with Dr. Long helped shape his career and showed the impact of positive guidance.

Compassion and Empathy: The movie demonstrates the significance of empathy and caring for others, especially in the field of medicine. Dr. Carson's compassionate approach to patients is an inspiring example.

Family Support: It highlights the role of family support in a person's success. Dr. Carson's mother's unwavering support and guidance were instrumental in his achievements.
Perseverance in the Face of Failure: The film showcases how setbacks and failures can be stepping stones to success. Dr. Carson's initial struggles in medical school and his determination to overcome them are motivational.

Never Stop Learning: Dr. Carson's commitment to lifelong learning and continuous improvement serves as a reminder that the pursuit of knowledge should never stop.

Giving Back: The movie concludes by illustrating the importance of giving back to the community and inspiring future generations. Dr. Carson's dedication to helping others through his medical career is a source of motivation.

Lungisan Delivery Services was founded with a mission to create supplementary income opportunities for jobless individuals and in urgent need of support, particularly diligent working students.

Indeed, by entrusting Lungisan Delivery with your requests, you're not merely placing an order; you're actively contributing to a noble cause!

First and foremost, our commitment to prioritizing student riders, whether they're on motorcycle, bicycle, or anything in between, means that you're already making a significant impact simply by choosing us and our services.

Moreover, a portion of your payment is channeled towards Tropang Lungisan charitable initiatives. Tropang Lungisan regularly organizes charity events to provide essential support to those in need.

We believe in gender equality, ensuring that our riders represent a diverse cross-section of society, regardless of their gender or identity.

As for the logo, we are using a skull to symbolize its positive meaning. Skulls are ancient symbols of courage and strength. They are associated with the ability to conquer adversity, overcome obstacles, and confront danger with bravery and boldness. Skull symbolism represents personal power and is linked to warrior spirits and heroic strength.

It also symbolizes that, as human beings, we all make mistakes in life, but these do not hinder us from doing what is right and good for those in dire need. What matters is that it comes from the depths of our hearts.

Let's support one another and rise together!

32 students from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, most of whom are strangers personally, are united by a common goal: to help others, especially fellow students who are struggling in life but remain hopeful to finish their education in order to support their families and contribute to society in the future.

The students of S&F are not only encouraged to help their fellow students but are also instilled with the belief that their life circumstances should not hinder them from extending help. Being wealthy or having money is not a prerequisite for lending a hand.

We continue to seek sponsors and college students who come from disadvantaged backgrounds yet have lofty aspirations to make a positive contribution to the world someday.

Althea is one of the nicest and brightest students at Seeds and Footprints. She recently lost her father, who was the source of her strength and the pillar of her hope, just last month.

Despite her loss, Althea has channeled her mourning into something positive. She is currently working part-time as a fish seller in Makati, aiming to earn and save for her enrollment this school year.

We are proud of you, Althea. ❤️👏

We have some exciting news to share! Seeds&Footprints has been chosen as one of the beneficiaries for the profits of Mananap Festival Beer Fest 2023 and Mananap Sexy Babe 2023, happening on April 27, 2023, and April 25, 2023, respectively, at the San Vicente Agro Sports Center. April 7, 2023 - GOOD FRIDAY

The kindhearted sponsors of Seeds&Footprints go beyond just being sponsors. Most of them treat the students they help like their own children. They provide advice and moral support whenever the students need it.

Thus, I express my gratitude to Mam S of Nueva Ecija for generously paying the ₱1150 fee for MC Bernadette's graduation photoshoot, which greatly aids their current financial struggles.

Mam S is actually the reason why Seeds&Footprints exists... She approached me over a year ago, even though we didn't know each other personally. She trusted me, and we created a group chat with the student she was supporting at that time. The rest, as they say, is history.

Currently, Mam S supports 10 students in Seeds&Footprints and also helps others in her area and beyond. She donates ₱134,800 every year to support these 10 bagets, not to mention the extra support she gives.

This is no small amount, especially for ordinary people like us and Mam S. That's why I greatly admire and salute you, Mam... people like you are rare in this world.

"Why share that I'm helping them, and not keep it private to myself?" Because I want to show others that even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference. That's just how the universe works! - Mam S of Nueva Ecija

Thank you very much Mam! You are right in saying that we can all make a difference through small acts of kindness, as long as they come from the depths of our hearts and without any hidden agenda.

April 5, 2023 - We express our heartfelt appreciation to Sir Obet Mapusao and Mam Merle for their generous donation of ₱2000, which enabled the newest member of the Seeds&Footprints family, Melda Ecat, to obtain a much-needed pair of eyeglasses.

Melda is a single mother, but that hasn't stopped her from pursuing her dreams. Despite being financially and time-strapped, she continued her studies. One of her concerns, aside from her daily expenses and her child's needs, is her constant headaches and blurry vision. She couldn't afford to buy glasses.

Thanks to Sir Obet and Mam Merle's kindness, Melda now has a new pair of glasses. She used the extra money to buy her child's necessities and saved the rest for school expenses.

Thank you so much again Sir Obet and Mam Merle. May the Almighty continue to bless and keep you both safe.

Meet Althea, a charming 16-year-old grade 11 student of Froilan HS. Despite her tender age and lack of parental support, this diligent student has persevered through countless obstacles since a young age.

But Althea's struggles have not dampened her bubbly personality. Alongside her brother Godsent, a fellow member of Seeds & Footprints, she recognizes the value of education and is determined to pursue her dreams. To fund their studies, they work tirelessly, selling snacks and goods to make ends meet.

Although times are tough for these siblings, their future is undoubtedly bright. Their unwavering commitment, dedication, and sacrifices will undoubtedly pave the way to their success.

=====================================

2023 March 17 - Gratitude overflows from my heart for Pading Jason Delarosa, a brother I gained not through blood but through an unbreakable bond of the soul.

In a beautiful act of appreciation, he seeks to bestow his generosity upon the students of Seeds&Footprints, with an exquisite Seeds&Footprints Magic Mug for each of the 31 students.

He hopes to inspire them to persevere and never surrender, even in the face of daunting challenges.

As they sip their coffee each morning, this magical mug will serve as a reminder to keep chasing their dreams and reaching for the stars.

Jessie's parents have passed away, leaving him without any support for his studies. Despite being mocked by people around him who believed he wouldn't be able to complete his education, he took their comments as motivation to work harder and give his best effort.

To sustain himself, he sold food items like kwekwek and fishballs. His inspiring story is one of the reasons why Seeds & Footprints was established - to provide assistance and support for underprivileged students in achieving their dreams.

======================================

March 15, 2023 (7:28pm) We humbly extend our heartfelt gratitude to the benevolent Sir Obet Mapusao and Mam Merle for their generous donation of ₱3100, which will be distributed among the 31 budding scholars of Seeds&Footprints.

This act of kindness is deeply appreciated by the students, as it will aid them in their academic pursuits and extracurricular activities.

The husband and wife duo of Sir Obet and Mam Merle also serves as proud sponsors of John Carl, Angelico, Godsent, and Althea. Beyond their benevolent contributions, they actively serve their ministry, with Sir Obet serving as a pastor. They dedicate much of their time to sharing the gospel, helping those in need, and uplifting the community.

We cannot thank you enough, Sir Obet and Mam Merle, for your unwavering support and trust in our cause. May the Lord Almighty continue to shower you with good health and abundant wealth so that you may always be a beacon of hope and blessings to others.
