Hey everyone! I’m absolutely over the moon to share my new YouTube channel THE POWER OF HELPING with you today!

Since I started training to become a counsellor 2 years ago, I’ve been constantly asking myself, what does it mean to help someone effectively? And also how much of that effectiveness is down to the helper being in a good place, mentally, physically and emotionally?

Well on this channel I’m going to be delving into all of that and so much more! My passion has become improving people’s lives, with the hope that by being in a better place, they will then be able to help and empower the people around them.
