💥Mental Health post💥

I never get personal on my gaming page but if I can reach someone who might be struggling then it’ll all be worth it so HERE IT GOES!

In 2020 I went through severe depression (long hours, stress, being out there night in night out). I tried to fight this how I fought everything in my life, by myself because I was always mentally strong and independent (why I consider myself a lone wolf). But this was different and I couldn’t escape. I eventually told my wife and I turned to God. Even though I felt a bit better I still felt empty, I had crippling anxiety about the future. All I wanted to do is just hide. I decided to turn to weight lifting and actually dedicate myself not just go through the motions. 3 yrs later here I am! Motivated as ever. Long story short find your niche, find your hobby, create those healthy outlets. Rely on your community, because life isn’t meant to be done alone, speak out. Remember that the storm is always temporary but it eventual ends, and the sun always shines through. Keep pushing!

I also decided to try streaming because of this! I can’t thank you all enough for those I’ve met along this journey. Gaming was also a vital part in helping me get through all of this, SO THANK YOU.

MOST OF ALL I HAVE TO THANK GOD, MY WIFE, And MY ANIMALS.
