Last night was a tough matchup for the 712 Team. Dick, it was a tough loss but it is a double header, so they have tonight to redeem themselves. After the game our field reporter Dom Ooshbàge caught up with Zappa for a breakdown
D. Ooshbàge- “Tough loss tonight Zappa, what happened out there?”
Zappa- “Well Dom, it was stacked against us from the get go. You know, it Vehred off track right away. We had a good game plan and was prepared for an attack but they had their go to guy up for the battle. We did a good job keeping up with them for the first half. It wasnt till their reliever Jose came in, and he just brought so much power. Thats really what buried us. From there it was just an uphill fight. We couldnt recover.”
D. Ooshbàg- “With it being a double header tho, can you guys regroup from this?”
Zappa- “Oh yeah! For sure. We will come back tonight and give it even more of a fight. I think our edge is our depth, and just our overall greatness plus our resiliency to never give up. Never count us out!!”
There you have it Dick, Tipper. You gotta give it to them, they never back down!! Cant wait to see Game two tonight. It all kicks off at 7pm EST.
