Para sa mga mahilig mag-inom na mga pamilyado na. Basahin nyo ito.

Bakit nga ba madalas "pag-iinom ng alak" ang pinagtatalunan ninyong mag-asawa?

Masama bang mag-inom? Masama bang mag-enjoy? Masama ba magkaroon ng social life? Bonding with friends?

Sa totoo lang hindi naman ganun yun. Kundi yung ibang mga factors na related dito katulad na lamang ng mga sumusunod:

1. PERA. Yung pera pambili ng alak na wala na nga kayong halos makain panay bili ka pa ng alak. Unless na lang di ka nagaambag sa inuman 😅

2. ORAS. Yung oras na imbis na ilalaan mo na lang sa pamilya mo matapos ang isang linggong pagtatrabaho ay magiinum ka pa kasama ng barkada mo.

Tapos uuwi ka ng lasing tulog na ang asawa at anak mo. Bukas paggising nila hindi ka pa din nila makasalamuha dahil may hangover ka. Sa susunod na araw babalik ka na kaagad ng trabaho. Para ka lang bula. Tapos linggo linggo ganito ang eksena. Nasaan naman ang oras para sa pamilya mo?

3. BARKADA. Baka kasi walang tiwala ang asawa mo sa mga kasama mo sa inuman? Baka hindi sya kampante sa mga barkada mo. Baka yung barkada mo ay yung tipo ng barkada na kukunsintihin ka kapag may mali ka ng ginagawa. Madaming ganyan. 👎

4. HEALTH. Kapag nagkasakit ka sa pag-iinom ng alak paano na lang ang pamilya mo? Sino ang magaasikaso sayo? Sino ang magpupuyat? Sino ang magaalala? Di ba pamilya mo?

5. INSENSITIVITY. Madalas ang asawa mo 24/7 walang pahinga sa mga anak ninyo pero hindi magawang lumabas kasama ng barkada. Pero ikaw konting rest day takbo agad sa barkada. 😔 Hindi mo man lang magawang matanong ang asawa mo baka gusto nyang magpahinga. Baka kailangan nya ding lumabas kasama ka?

These are the reasons bakit galit na galit ang mga asawa ninyo tuwing nagiinum kayo. Kasi hindi naman dahil sa alak lang. Maraming factors.

Kaya maganda dyan pinaguusapan ninyo kapag lalabas ka kasama ng barkada. Kailan ba pwede at kailan hindi. Huwag naman yung gabi-gabi o linggo-linggo. Maglaan ka naman ng oras at atensyon sa mga taong nagmamahal sa'yo. 👍

I felt that, I don’t trust those kind of people na ang daming sinasabi negative sa ibang tao kasi I know one day pwede din gawin sakin yung ganon. Kaya be selected in your circle, di baleng onti basta may quality, basta totoo.

Women: You don't have to do everything, you don't have to be a supermom, a super housewife, a super professional, a superwoman... Because when your body claims you, there will be few who will remember you tried to be all in one!

So get out of the house, travel, walk, workout, go to the park, go to a gym, eat what provokes you, fix yourself, sleep later, put on clothes you like, be yourself, take care of yourself, love yourself, say no sometimes and do it EXCLUSIVELY for YOU!!

Children grow up and leave, husbands don’t always stay, work can easily replace you, the house will get dirty again, but your emotional health is also important and you may not get a second chance.✌🏼❤️😀

Filipino pa rin tayo. At kung sinuman ang mananalo, sanay suportahan nating lahat kahit pa taga kabilang partido ka.

At end of the day magbabayad ba pa din tayo ng buwis, SSS, Philhealth at PAG IBIG.
