Last day of 50, last portage, first shower, first meal and deep emotions. The past two summers I have immersed myself in some of the most beautiful wilderness in this country, the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. I have experienced solitude in a natural place that is rare in our modern world. I have paddled over a thousand miles and lived outside more than a 100 days. This experience has challenged me, it has healed me, it has changed me to my core. Thank you for making it possible for me to live out this dream. I am so proud of the person you have become and I will be eternally grateful for your kindness, generosity and patience.

Today was the best day ever. And so were all the days before. Had some challenges and made some new forever friends and future adventure partners along the way. Only a few more weeks left. Today I have enough internet to post for the first time since June. Hope you enjoy the pics.
