30 YEAR OLD MAN FOUND DEAD AFTER A FIGHT WITH WIFE

A 30 year man of Choma has been found dead near a bar in Choma’s Mwapona Compound.

Harikisha Sibooli is said to have been drinking at the said bar with his wife only identified as Loveness, believed to be in her late 20’s, when a fight ensued between them around 01:00hours, Saturday.

According to a report published by Byta FM, a motionless body resting of Sibooli on a flower fence in a pool of blood, with a knife suspected to have been the weapon used placed next to his remains.

Meanwhile, several residents of Mwapona who were found at the scene condemned the act and blamed late night drinking as the major cause of lawlessness in the area.

They have expressed fear for their lives due to what they described as rising criminal acts in Mwapona Compound.

And Mwapona area Councilor, Donald Simato, laments that instances of crime are getting out of hand in the vicinity.

Simato has narrated to Byta FM News how the wife to the deceased went to report to the Police that she had been assaulted by the husband around 04:00 hours, only for Officers to discover that the alleged perpetrator has been murdered.

Meanwhile, the wife to the deceased, as well as the bar owner and bar tender where Sibooli was discovered dead have been apprehended by Police to help with investigations in the case.

Police have since picked up the remains of the deceased.

These last two months have been some of the greatest adventures of my life. But even with so many highs sometimes you're hit with some real lows. I suffered fatigue upon my return or at least I thought I was till I decided to do multiple tests.
Sadly I was discovered with Typhoid Fever. I was told I was near death as my temperature had shot up to 40 more that once. I was placed on multiple days of injections and more pills than I've taken my whole life. Thanks to the good medical team at South Point and my family's care when I couldn't care for myself plus all the prayers. Im glad to say I'm BACK!!! And I've got more reason to praise and shout for God's glory!
If HE BROUGHT ME THIS FAR THEN I'M GONNA BELIEVE THAT THERE'S SO MUCH MORE!

KAFUE WOMAN KILLS HUSBAND, CUTS HIM INTO PIECES WITH HELP OF HER BROTHER

A Rwandese woman in Kafue District has allegedly Murdered and cut into pieces the body of her 30-year-old husband after a marital dispute.

Angela Kalumambo with the help of her brother and a tax driver worked together to end the life of Mukiwi Ngongana also a Rwandese national.

The wife to the deceased was helped by her brother identified as Zemana Emmanuel and Price Monze a tax driver.

The trio then transported the dead body packed in a dish to Mazabuka District, Magoye area in a bush along Livingstone road on pretext that it was meat.

After an investigation and search by the police the body was found in a decomposed state and its body parts scarted in the bush.

MKUSHI ROAD HORROR: FIVE DIE, 16 INJURED

The Zambia Police Service writes...

December 3, 2022- Police in Mkushi have a recorded a fatal road traffic accident in which five people have died while 16 others sustained serious injuries.

Involved was a driver Oliver Mondoka aged 42 of Stadium area in Solwezi who was driving a motor vehicle namely Toyata Regius Hiace Bus registration number BCA 1022 with 20 passengers on board consisting of Footballers for Solwezi Academy Queens.They were travelling from Solwezi to Mpika .

This Occurred today December 3 , 2022 around 03:30 Hrs near Sacko Mine area along the Great North Road in Mkushi District.

Preliminary investigations indicate that the accident happened when the driver lost control of the motor vehicle due to excessive speed.

Three passengers died on the spot while the other two died at the hospital.

The deceased have been identified as (1) Chewe Mukuka age unknown of Garden compound Lusaka (2) Memory Other names not known aged 24 of Chingola (3) Brian Matafwali unknown age of Stadium area Solwezi (4) Kyla Saidi aged 19 of Lusaka (5) Esther Kapupe age and address unknown.

The 16 seriously injured passengers are admitted to Mkushi District Hospital. While the bodies of the deceased are deposited to Mkushi District Hospital Mortuary awaiting postmortem.

INDONESIA SET TO PUNISH S*X BEFORE MARRIAGE WITH JAIL TIME

(BBC) Indonesia's parliament is expected to pass a new criminal law this month that will punish s*x outside marriage with imprisonment of up to a year.

Bambang Wuryanto, a politician involved in the draft, said the code could be passed as early as next week.

The law, if passed, would apply to Indonesian citizens and foreigners alike.

Punishment for adultery can only take effect if there are parties who lodge complaints to the authorities.

For those who are married, the party entitled to lodge a complaint is the perpetrator's husband or wife.

The law also allows the parents of unmarried people to report them for having s*x.

Cohabitation before marriage will also be banned and those convicted could face a six-month prison sentence.

Business groups have expressed concern about the damage the rules might do to Indonesia's image as a holiday and investment destination, according to Reuters.

Shinta Widjaja Sukamdani, deputy chairperson of Indonesia's Employers' Association (APINDO), said: "For the business sector, the implementation of this customary law shall create legal uncertainty and make investors reconsider investing in Indonesia."

LUNDAZI ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT KILLS 3 CHILDREN

Kaunda Madela and Lusungu Mwale both aged 9 of Chipyola Compound in Lundazi District have died on the spot after being hit by a Volvo Truck near Tigone Dam whilst on their way to school.

Eastern Province Commanding Officer Limpo Liywalii has confirmed to Kanele FM and disclosed that Kaunda sustained internal injuries while Lusungu had a deep cut on the leg and head injuries.

Meanwhile Clement Phiri aged 10 of the same area who had sustained a cut on the forehead, died upon arrival at Lundazi District Hospital.

Mr Liywalii revealed that the accident happened around 10hrs on Tuesday 29th November 2022 at Tigone area near Tigone Dam along Lundazi - Chama Road.

He said involved was a Volvo Truck registration number MARK BAR 6778 and trailer number ALV 6069 which was being driven by Thomas Chanda aged 25 of Zingalume Compound Lusaka, was carrying Five (5) passengers on board and all of them have escaped unhurt.

It has been established that the accident was caused due to excessive speed hence the driver lost control and hit the pedestrians who were in front of the motor vehicle on the left lane.

The bodies of the deceased have been deposited in Lundazi Hospital Mortuary awaiting postmortem while the driver has been detained in Lundazi Police custody and will appear in court soon.

Malawi's Vice-President Saulos Chilima has been arrested on allegations that he accepted money in exchange for awarding government contracts, the country's anti-corruption agency says.

He is accused of receiving $280,000 (£230,000) from a British businessman "and other items", a statement says.

Mr Chilima has appeared in court but has not commented on the charges.

He had already been stripped of his powers in June when he was first accused by the Anti-Corruption Bureau.

ADULTEROUS LANDLORD FINED K20, 000 FOR SERVICING TENANT'S WIFE

A 38-year-old man of Lusaka's Chazanga compound has dragged his landlord to court for committing adultery with his 34-year-old wife Elizabeth Musonda.

In this matter, Derrick Musonda sued Joseph Mulauzi aged 52 years in the Matero Local Court for allegedly having a s*xual relationship with his wife.

Mr. Musonda told the court that he started renting Mulauzi's house in 2019 and when he had challenges in his marriage, Mulauzi would offer counseling to the couple.

He testified that he, however, later became suspicious of his wife’s strange behavior towards Mulauzi and decided to put her mobile phone on auto-record in order to track calls either received or made by his wife.

The aggrieved husband bitterly narrated before an attentive court that after a week he decided to go through the audio recordings that shockingly revealed that his wife was having an affair with his landlord.

When an emotional Mrs. Musonda was asked about the allegations, she testified that she was compelled to break her matrimonial vows because her husband withdrew material and financial support on her and the four children.

In passing judgment, the court found Mulauzi guilty on his own admission and ordered him to compensate Musonda with K20, 000 for adultery.

CHURCH ELDER CAUGHT PANTS DOWN WITH WIFE'S BEST FRIEND

A MARRIED church elder of Pentecostal Assemblies of God (PAOG) Church in Chipangali, Eastern Province, has been caught allegedly committing adultery with a woman whose husband is serving a jail sentence.

PAOG Chipangali district senior pastor Reuben Shonga confirmed having received a report of adultery involving the church elder but said he is yet to meet with the parties involved.

Richard Phiri, of Madzi-a Tuwa Resettlement Scheme, was caught having s*x with his wife’s best friend and fellow church member, Patricia Mbewe, whose husband is serving an 11-month jail sentence at Namuseche Correctional Facility in Chipata.

According to his friend, Wonani Mumba, who also witnessed the church elder being apprehended, he was caught pants down at the woman’s house.
