OMG Kels is back in the studio! He escaped the hospital for a few brief hours to lay down some audio gold!

Kels updates you on his health and what is going on, and his slow road to recovery.

He also lets you know about the awesome hospital kai he is getting, his stubbornness (or resilience), and how he will not let it impact his mental health. This is a great inspiring chat about internal strength and how it can keep you going in your hardest time

Dylan updates on his marriage and what has changed. It might be a little shocking for some, but it's about love so deal with it lol. Dylan and his wife have REALLY opened up the communication lines and opened up about their s*x life.

Plus another Chinese restaurant review! Tasty Restaurant this time.

We are almost wrapped up for 2022. Kels and Dylan think 2023 is going to be a great year for BYJ, and we hope you stick with us!
Speaking of sticking with us, we did our own Spotify Wrapped and are absolutly blown away! We could not have done so much with out you. You have helped us grow as a podcast and as people. Our mental health has improved and lives are that much brighter with you in it. Thank you! here are a few highlights to share from the wrapped:

we put out 2,247 min of content (excluding the 24 hour pod!), more then 98% of out catagory (Mental Health)

we are the #1 podcast for 26 listeners. This one is very humbling. Specially with amazing podcasts out there!

And we made the top 25% most shared globally.

So thank you! We cant wait for 2023.

New Logo!
So after much thinking and playing with lego, we have a new logo/image for the Pod. This is more about helping each other from jumping into that Black Dog of depression! This reflects where we are at currently. We hope you like it as much as we do!

No idea.

We are taking this week off though as the pod had a big impact emotionally on us both

In the mean time we will chop up the 24hr pod and chuck up the good bits on Youtube and maybe release it as podcasts.
