How is your heart/sales balance?
There is a lot of information out there about work/life balance. Most of it is good. But this is a little more personalized for your needs. Why you ask?
You are in sales. You are not completely satisfied with your current heart/sales balance. You might be a #1 producer, or you might have one foot completely out and the other foot is barely holding on. Or more likely, you are somewhere in between these two extremes, but you are always looking for a way to sharpen the sales saw AND live from the heart that makes you a unique, one-of-a-kind human being.
We are salespeople. Who have made every mistake in the book, but we are still here. We have experienced the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. We are in our 30’s through 50’s and married with children in blended families. We don’t have all the answers for ourselves, let alone for anyone else! We do have a pressing burden to stay engaged with BOTH our heart work AND our sales work.
We are hopelessly curious to learn everything we can from anyone who can help with tips and tricks to keeping our hearts and our sales lives healthy integrated and healthy.
