Recently, we took photos for Benjamin Mizrahi, a gemologist and the founder of located in the heart of Geneva.
Ben, starting as a dealer in Antwerp, pursued gemology after discovering his passion. By 23, he led the stone department at DeGrisogono. His vast experience enabled him to open his own business in Geneva in 2011.

Delicious food photography for
We recently took some photos at the charming La Ferme de la Fruitière restaurant, located in an authentic Morzine farmhouse. Its huge central fireplace warms the atmosphere on winter days 🏠️🧀🍷 and the kitchen offers you delicious traditional savoyard dishes, including the famous Berthoud d’Abondance.
The freshly produced cheese comes straight from the nearby family farm, where you can have a look at the wheels of Aboundance and Raclette being ripened and buy some fresh cheese.

Those of you eyeing up , or for a future holiday might find the whole resort vs ski area situation quite confusing and I’m always answering questions on this. So here’s a breakdown…
🏡 Despite being separated by geography, the two individual villages of Morzine and Avoriaz are actually one commune, overseen by one Mairie (town hall). So the official town name is Morzine-Avoriaz. Each village has its own Office de Tourisme and a unique identity.
🚠 has its own ski lift network (and consequently lift pass) that operates separately to Morzine and Les Gets, yet connects to both and the wider Portes du Soleil. You can use your Avoriaz lift pass to descend to / ascend from Morzine via the Super Morzine lift, which is on the other side of the village to the Morzine ski lifts.
🚡 The and ski area is entirely connected and operates under one lift pass. It’s also part of the Portes du Soleil network.
🏔 Les Gets is a resort in its own right (also connected to the Portes du Soleil) with its own Mairie, Office de Tourisme and ski lift operator.
⛷ There are a number of smaller villages surrounding our main resorts, such as Montriond, Essert Romand and St Jean d’Aulps (which also has its own ski area), they’re all connected on the local bus network.
🎟 In summary, your lift pass options are Full Portes du Soleil, Avoriaz only or Morzine-Les Gets. There’s no ‘Morzine-Avoriaz’ lift pass.
And in case it’s not obvious, Morzine Source Magazine operates entirely independently of all of the above. 🤘
