THREE CHOCOLATE CAKE 😋
Ingredients
3/4 of a package of normal cookies, type Maria
3 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
150 grams of dark chocolate
150 gr of milk chocolate
150 grams of white chocolate
3 envelopes of curd
600 ml of whipping cream
600 ml of whole milk
sugar
Preparation
For the cookie base:
1. We put the margarine in the microwave until it dissolves, it does not have to be completely liquid, just a little melted. Add the cocoa powder and the ground biscuit, which we can grind in the blender. We mix everything and put it as a base in a removable container. Put in the fridge
2. Fill a glass with milk and add the curd sachets, dissolve the curd. Pour it into a larger container and add the cream. Mix and make 3 equal parts of this mixture.
3. In a saucepan we heat the first of these parts, when it boils for the first time add the chopped white chocolate, stir well with a whisk and let it boil again and pour slowly over the mold with the cookie that we had in the fridge. Let cool in the fridge for at least one hour. Check that it is solid before continuing with the next step.
Repeat the previous step but with the milk chocolate:
4. In a saucepan we heat the second of these parts, when it boils for the first time add the chopped milk chocolate and 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir well with a whisk and let it boil again and pour slowly over the mold that we had in the fridge Let cool in the fridge for at least one hour. Check that it is solid before continuing with the next step.
Repeat the previous step but now with the dark chocolate:
5. In a saucepan we heat the third of these parts, when it comes to a boil add the chopped dark chocolate and 5 tablespoons of sugar, stir well with a whisk and let it boil again and pour slowly over the mold that we had in the fridge Let cool in the fridge.
