Camp committee (CAC) is comprised of people that form leadership to represent members of co-operatives in their respective Zones. Therefore, it is reported that, some CAC members are frustrating the government effort on farming input distributions. Therefore, the National management committee (NMC) member Mr. Jairo Simbeye, issued a strong warning against those that are involving themselves in corrupt practices for they risk being prosecuted . He added that the new dawn government has zero tolerance on corruption and that is the reason why it has brought the decentralised policy just to make sure that there is transparency in everything.

Spending time with the marketers at Isoka old market and not forgetting the Mortor bike riders along old great north road was a clear demonstration of how grateful and humbled Mr Jairo Simbeye is and the love he has for the residents of Isoka and Muchinga province at large. The NMC member, thanked the people of Isoka for the votes he received and more importantly for voting for the UPND the new dawn government which as brought about real change for the people of Zambia. He mentioned of good new dawn government policies such as, free education, 100% buseries for those who want to upgrade their skills, the inclease of CDF allocation, the decentralized policy and many more. Therefore, the national management commit member in charge of co-operatives, Mr Jairo Simbeye advised the traders and the motor bike riders to form clubs and co-operatives in order to access the first quarter of the Constituency development fund (CDF) grant .

It is allegedly that some PF members are misleading the general public on CDF and more importantly on how to access the funds.

This got the attention of the humble leader, the member of the National management commit under the ruling party UPND, Mr Jairo Simbeye who went all the way to the grassroot level to sensitize the people on how to access Constituency development fund and many people in Chinyonga ward of Isoka constituency felt enlightened.
