Recently one of candidates I interviewed mentioned to me she is completely burned out in her current role .

Burn Out is real and is happening everywhere around us with employees feeling frustrated and moving on .

Burn out only happens if you are stuck in a job that you don’t enjoy - if you are passionate about the work you do - work no longer feels like work !!!

Goodbye 2020! Hello #2021!!

As we bid to a year which disrupted the way we live, we work and changed the way we communicate - Year that challenged us, that threw us out of the comfort zone forcing us to adapt!

Yes – while all this made us crib, cry and complain, year #2020 also taught us a few important lessons on what really matters in life.

Here are my three takeaways -
👉Gift of Time – I value time more than ever given how limited it is!
👉 – In terms of clothes/shoes / gadgets etc I don’t need as many things. Living clutter free not only helps environment also keeps my mind stress free! So my motto is - Dont invest in things, invest in experiences!
👉 – matters more than anything else! Connecting authentically, helping genuinely will make our bonds stronger and we can collectively thrive!
