Thanks for featuring my "ABCs in Indianapolis" kids book! "The Hoosier Poet" defeated "The Hustlin' Hogsett" and "The Indy 500 Infielder" as the costume of choice among Kickstarter backers, so I'm running all 13.1 miles of the virtual this Saturday with pince-nez spectacles, a three-piece suit, and a top hat.

Kickstarter Update #2: We are closing in on almost 200 backers and nearly 3x our fundraising goal!

Two quick things:

1. Thanks to your generosity, we are now officially printing the book in the USA with an Indy-based printing company, meaning the book will get to you faster.

2. As a small "thank you", Jingo de la Rosa agreed to do ONE MORE cameo illustration for our next book, "Counting in Indianapolis". This Kickstarter reward sold out quickly. Anyone who has already contributed OR contributes to the Kickstarter by March 1 is automatically entered in a cameo raffle.

We are so grateful to everyone who has contributed or shared our ABCs in Indianapolis book project. Just over one week left until the campaign closes on March 1!
