When you are designing a social media post, newsletter, blog or ad, please don't just do a Google search and copy a logo, graphic or photo you really love. This is stealing.
Three tips you need to know:
1. Never use a Google search to select a photo or graphic. You don't have permission from the owner of the image to use it in your content
2. Never use an image of a celebrity or a company's logo. Again, you don't have their permission to use their image in your materials.
3. Find a stock image site and check the appropriate license for each image you use. Some images might require you to not use them in certain ways or it might ask you to credit the photographer or creator. My favorite is Unsplash but there are lots of options out there and lots of them are free.
