4 months of Personal Training and my clothes are starting to fit very differently 😮

I went in for a rebuild and although I “felt” the strength gains straight up, it was hard to “see” the difference.

Now I’m filling out my clothes in all the right places and I love it !

I wanted my strength and body back and weight training was the solution.

And it didn’t take long.

Two sessions a week for 4 months.

That’s only 32 sessions.

I’m so excited for my 50’s.

It will be my strongest decade yet 💪

I’m also adding some EXTRA supps to my regime so look out 🎯🔥💥

( seriously I do NOT know how you girls live without supps .. I’m 6 years in and would NEVER go back to feeling average and living coffee to coffee )

17 years later and the cuddles haven’t changed 🔥❤️

This photo made me laugh and also made me remember a not so happy time in my life.

Before I met this big s***k, all I wanted was a man who “wanted” me.

I’d been in a passionless relationship for many years and my confidence was at an all time low.

I had been rejected for so long, I had began to think there was something wrong with me.

I even went to the doctor and asked if there was anything odd about my body 😬

There wasn’t.
I was young, healthy, perfectly normal.

Everything else in that relationship was perfect. Which made it even harder.

Because when you love someone and they don’t want you intimately, it hurts… a LOT😢

After years of trying to work it out , I finally left and the rest is history.

I found my hot blooded , gorgeous man and here we are 17 years and 4 kids later 🫶

I’m so grateful for that experience though 🙏

It definately made me a more loving, passionate & generous partner.

Simply because when you know how much rejection hurts, you don’t do it to the person you love 💕

My daily affirmations have changed as I have come to understand that I don’t have to rely on my own strength🙏

I’ve shifted the focus from my own self sufficiency to God's power and grace and it feels SO GOOD 🔥

Here are my favourite God-inspired affirmations to help me to lead a faith-filled, generous, and abundant life:

1. “I trust in God's plan for my life, knowing that He provides abundantly in every season."

2. “God's love fills my heart, guiding me to give generously to others."

With the challenges of school, friendships and all those changes they are going through… I want to be present and engaged, a light that shines in their life, their rock.

I am truly blessed and grateful that the world went bat 💩crazy a few years ago.

It made me realise I was living a program.

One that I didn’t write.

It’s been tough to walk away from it , the matrix with the regular pay checks, the social acceptance, the ease of it all … but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’ve lost a lot but gained so much more.

I’ve gained things that can’t be taken away from me.

I’m writing my own story now and taking other women with me to write theirs.

I can’t promise it’s as easy as “showing up..shutting up and doing your job “ but it’s a hell of a lot more fun and rewarding 🤩

We’re over here building a $5 k/ month for life legacy for our kids.

We are working for our last name not our first. Our family name.

We are working for tomorrow not today.

I honestly believe most people would help supply the needs of others if they could 🙏

I really do.

But most are so entrenched in the struggle they can barely help themselves🥲

God did not make us to be this way.

We have been programmed to struggle.

To be enslaved by debt.

To have “just” enough.

To never have such an OVERFLOW that we may help others in need🔥

I remember exactly how I felt when Shaun took this photo just a few years ago😞

I was really struggling at work and he had come to cheer me up on my break.

I was exhausted, disheartened, and wondering how I ended up so far from where I wanted to be😢

I remember feeling powerless and stuck in a relentless cycle of struggle.

I was loosing my happy & joyful self, worn down by the negativity of a toxic workplace.

God put this photo in front of me today to reflect.🙏

This last few weeks has been a challenge.

Last month I hit a huge milestone in my business. 🏆

I was on 🔥

And then the Enemy entered the story.👿

I was faced with health, financial and personal challenges one after the other.

I had to dig deep and use all my Belief in God and my Emotional Intelligence to keep taking daily steps of faith.

I was so deep in the battle that I'd forgotten I'd even hit that milestone...

I had forgotten how far I had come.

After all, here I am now, working only 12-hours a week in a casual job that I like, that works around my family and dedicating my remaining time to mentoring & empowering other women who are transitioning out of the 9-5 grind.

We often lose sight of our progress when the road gets tough.

Today, I want to remind you: if you’re feeling like you’re stuck or struggling, don’t lose hope.💕

Celebrate every small win, recognise your growth, and trust that each step forward is a step towards your breakthrough.💃

✨ Here are a few things to keep in mind that help me :

✅ Reflect on Your Journey: Take a moment to look back at how far you’ve come. Remember your milestones and the strength you’ve shown.

✅ Celebrate Small Victories: Even the smallest steps forward are achievements worth celebrating. They build momentum and confidence.

✅ Lean on Your Faith: Trust in God’s plan and lean on your spiritual beliefs to guide you through tough times.

✅ Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself. Understand that setbacks are part of the journey and do not define your worth or progress.

✅ Seek Support: Don’t be afraid to reach out to friends, mentors, or a support network when you need encouragement.

Here's a little more about me...

-48 yo married, mother of 4 ( 2 boys and 2 girls - clever hey !)

-I operate online businesses in Network Marketing / Direct Sales , Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing.

-Previous 15 year Career in the corporate world as as Advertising & Marketing Executive

-Previous small business owner- cafe, catering & mobile coffee

I love nutrition, health and fitness, particularly gym & running. I LOVE helping other mums be the BEST they can be ... in business and in health !!

I have an active, outdoorsy little family, living in beautiful North Queensland, Australia. Up until last year, we were living like 95% of the population, working the 9-5, getting on with life. Not struggling, but not living an amazing life either. Then, our lives changed. We had our fourth baby, a surprise! He was an absolute blessing. We also have children aged 7, 9 & 11. Our new baby made us think about the next 20 years and how that actually looked for us. And, it didn't look as exciting as we wanted. The thought of being trapped in our 9-5 and our bricks & mortar business for the rest of our life was not enticing. We wanted more for our family. We wanted more time to spend on the things we love, like health & fitness and being together as a couple and as a family.

I couldn’t go back to the corporate world. It was too stressful and the time away from my children broke my heart. So, like so many mums on maternity leave, I began my search for something different, a way to stay home with my baby and make a great living.

I came across a Network Marketing opportunity. When I first started, I did ok. I enrolled my mum, husband, brother and a few friends. Then, my warm market dried up and I was left with ...

-hunting people at the shops, at the gym, in the park

-bugging family and friends

-stalking people on facebook to friend

I even plastered my car with signage, dressed in all the promo gear and spammed my product all over my personal page.

When my friends wouldn't return my calls, stopped calling me and everyone started avoiding me, I found it really upsetting. I knew there had to be a better way.

I discovered that I could build online.

No more sending weird texts to strangers, no more friending hundreds of people in the hope of selling them my product or business. No more making a list of 100 people calling them all, then starting again... no more uncomfortable social gatherings where everyone avoids you....

I learnt how to use the power of social media to grow my business online, and, not just in the Network Marketing space. Once you have online marketing skills, there are endless business opportunities to take advantage of.
