Honourable lawyer Ousainou Darboe former foreign affairs minister, vice president in the coalition government of president Adama Barrow and leader of the main opposition united Democratic party (UPD).I want to inform you that i am serious about the pending appeal case you filed at the high court sometime in November (2015) and yet nothing has been done. If still you cannot do anything that would compel lower court to provide the superior court with record of court proceeding for the case to be heard, I argue you with great respect give me back all the relevant documents pertaining to the court case, so that i can look for other possible means. The on going criminal trial at the kanifing court before His warship omar jabang between the inspector general of police (IGP) Vs the seventh intterdicted and accused (GTSC) staff namely yunusa Gassama engineering Dept, karamo sanneh senior security guard, chendu Gaye guard, siaka Janneh guard, Gibriel Joof guard, Dawda fadere guard and Ebrima marong guard all under security unit of the the aforsaid company. When the case was called at (12:43) sub inspector famara sanyany kanifing proscution unit announced his appreance for the (IGP) and announced this before the court that, the second witness who supposed to testify for the company complaint about stomach pained and cannot attend, as result he seek the indulgence of the court for the case to be adjourned to any dates that would suit both parties. When His warship omar jabang asked the accused staff as to whether, the accused staff would agree or opposed for the case to be adjourned, base on the the reason given ?Two opinions were put before the court as to whether to agree for the adjournment or not. First co-accused yunusa Gassama engineering Dept agreed while the second accused karamo sanneh senior security guard vehimently opposed to the adjournment on the ground that, when the second witness who suppose to testify felt sick, the other witness would have been lineup and called to testify to avoid reliance in the interest of justice. After carefully listening to both sides, His warship jabang humanly intervened and briefly explained to all the accused the reason for adjournent to another dates which all the accused staff understood and unanimously agreed for the case to be adjourned to the following dates that is on the 12,13,14 and 15 respectivelly at (12:00) prompt. My lordship chief justice of the supreme court of the republic of the Gambia Hassan Abubacar jallow. I have a complaint which I want to lodge to your highest and respectful office in the judiciary system. The complaint is that, I have a long pending appeal case at the high court far back in (2015) honestly speaking since the case was filed by counsel lawyer Ousainou Darboe sometime in November (2015) based on agreement i made series of attempt tor the counsel to make a follow up to the lower court in kanifing about records of court proceeding as require from the high court for the appeal to be heard, but to no availed. I myself tried series of time to able to have records from the lower court, for the first attempt to request court records I was asked by the judiciary staff to pay (D850) for both the searching and typing of court records in the file, which the amount was paid, but without receipts. When I asked for the receipts I was surprised to hear from the staff, that such type of services receipts are never given. I solemely noted the word in my mind and kept calm I said to myself, if that is the rule, then no problem that's normal. My Lord chief justice, would you be surprise to hear that after paying both services, the staff end up telling me that records cannot be type for the simple reason that they gave me was, the typist by then ms Sarr was under pregnancy as a result, she cannot do the typing and the money I paid for the services was also unrefundable. My Lord chief justice this is the only reason why my appeal case is still pending at the high court. I deem it necessary and important to explain my concern to you, see which possible steps or measures your office will take to solve or address the problem in the shortest and quickest possible time in the interest of justice and ffair play. A brief explanation about the case, my contract of employment with the defendant (GTU) as a security guard I felt was wrongfully and unlawfully terminated which compelled me to deagged the defendant GTU before the court, the case took almost (3yrs) before the judgement was delivered by Her warship isatou janneh Njie in favour of the defendant. Which I vehimently opposed to, base on the fact that a single offend cannot be punish twice. Much more all the offences levelled against me by the defendant GTU were all unfounded. It was those false and fabricated offences that the defendant used as grounds and punished me in a form of two weeks suspension without paid, after one year the defendant again printout the same very false and unfounded offences and have my contract of employment deliberately terminated sometime around Dec (2012). My first legal counsel I hired for the case was Badou SM Conteh the total coast I spent for legal service of the counsel was almost close to (D25,000). After having paid such an amount to him, he blantantly failed to do the service as agreed upon, he doesn't base it on any other thing genuine that one can understand, other than corrupt practices that's what I honestly believe and it is the only truth, Badou is definitely a big liarer and a betrayer who do obtained money from poor and volunerable people by means false pretence, criminal attitude and behaviour is definitely a clear habbit to counsel Badou SM Conteh of lord's chamber in Dipper kunda..my Lord chief justice your intervention to defend the truth in the judicuary system of the republic of the Gambia for the interest of justice and transparency is higly solicited.

National disaster management agency (NDMA) of the republic of the Gambia under the poor and incompetent leadership of Sanna Dahaba is not at all doing it's job honestly, sincerely and fairly as it requires. This is due to lack of technical stuff or know how and experience, poor service, incompetency, weak and corrupt practice of the agency's leadership. To back up my concrete allegations and criticism, I am a principal and living witness to this shameful act. sometime last year Friday 3 October 2021 the roof my corrigated house in Busumbala town, kombo North district, west coast region of the republic of the Gambia, west Africa, was completely unvailled by a heavy and strong windstorm in that very terrible and horrify night, the following Saturday 4 Oct 2021 in the morning around (8:00 to 9:00am) I was going towards the main road from my resident in Busumbala to Brikama (NDMA) office to go and lodged a complaint about the unfortunate windstorm inccident I suffered. Luckily for me I met up with the agency pick up vehicle droven by Lamin Touray, I waved it stopped I started to explain to the staff unfortunate problem I suffered and experienced about the inccident. I was asked to board in and drove to my compound, when I boarded I saw two other staff who were on the same mission with the driver. Upon arrival in the compound, they saw for themselves unbelievable and terrible destruction and damages caused by heavy and strong windstorm and rainfall. Without waist of time the two staff who identified themselves as clerks or officers, started noting down the detail account of things that we as a family may need to be assisted by the agency such as refurbishment of the house, replacement of lost and destoryed materials, madication to some of my kids suffered during process such as fatou sanneh age at that time was 19yrs, mansata badjie who was also the same age with fatou sanneh both sustained iniuries and join dislocation and my smallest girl child maimuna sanneh age 5yrs old respectively. Can one imagine when these people left the compound up to date, I have not heard nor seen any single aid or assistance that come from the aforsaid agency, upon series of telephone called and subsequence followed up to Brikama office, but to no availed. What a big lied, faked, dishonesty, nypotism, selective justice and rampant corruption within the leadership of the agency? I therefore humbly and respectully argue or call on the National Assembly Select Committee responsible, to conduct an immediate investigation with seriousness into an alleged dubious and financial malpractices of the agency as well as other government institutiins suspected doing the same thing, to make an immediate stop to this dirty, ugly, inhuman and inmoral behavor and attitude of many top brass in the government civil service for the best interest and welbeing of majority poor, disable and the most volunerable gambians and even non Gambian alike. It is only a toothless (N/A) as well as incompetent executive that would hear such serious criticism and allegations and pay deaf to it.

I humbly and respectully argue or call on every african the world over to always keep listening very sound, valuable, senseable, important and powerful educative lectures and speeches of the right Hon) and high profile accademic scholar and interlect, a kenyan borned, who is not other than proffessor patrick lumbumbar. Fellow africans frankly and truely speaking our continent mama africa is definitely blessed by the Almighty God with a great, important and very valuable personality the world over, whose life and health should be jealously and vigorously well taken care of, save, guide and well protected from all evil and setanic minded undesirable elements who are either knowingly or unknowingly hunting this great man to deter or destory his good ambission for africans and the world at large. Once we the africans understood well the language spoken by this high profiled proffessor who is known and recognised world wide due to his excellent and exceptional vision and stance for the people of africa. As africans, we need to whole heatedly keep following his unimaginable, noble and senseable speeches and lectures recorded in the audios and download in videos or even life speeches and lectures every where the world over, once limited chances are there for every african to attend most of his educative programs is definitely a big blessing to do so. I learned and observed that, whosoever do listen to the speeches and lectures made by this great and high profiled renown scholar and interlectual, the person shall never ever in life be deceive by undesirable, barbaric,evil and setanic minded elements as well as the so called notorious, hypocriics, greedy and self centre politicians meddleing in our midst during political campaign or era, to be voted into office only for self gain. I once again argue all fellow africans particularly different catagories of ages mentioned herein to adhere and respect this very important and valuable called for the best interest and benefit of all africans the world over, as this shall be the only solution to free africans from mental slavery and economic imancipation and blockage caused by the west and their enablers, most particularly the most corrupt, notorious, greedy, hypocritics and incompetent african leaders who are relenguising in power only to ruin africa economy and wealth in the detriment of majority poor, disable and volunerable fellow africans who are honestly and frankly living in a very terrify, terrible and hostiled situation and yet, no aota of mercy and sympathy had for these lowest class we lived together in the same african continent, how do we think or imagine as good, well mature and God fearing humanbeing?

THE SEVEN (7) ACCUSED AND INTERDICTED (GTSC) STAFF ABOUT AN ALLEGED MISSING GEAR BOX IN THE MAIN DEPOT IN KANIFINGThe on-going criminal trial involving the seven (7) accused and interdicted (GTSC) staff namely: Yunusa Kassama (Engineering Department), Karamo Sanneh (Senior Guard), Chendu Gaye (Guard), Siaka Janneh (Guard), Gibril Joof (Guard), Dawda Fadera (Guard) and Ebrima Marong (Guard) all under the security unit of the aforesaid company. During the last sitting of Tuesday 26th July, 2022 at 1:30 in the afternoon before his worship Magistrate Omar Jabang. When the case was mentioned a little bit ahead of the scheduled time, Sub Inspector Famara Sanyang announced his appearance for the Inspector General of Police (IGP) and counsel who supposed to announce his presence for the seven (7) accused persons was not present due to some reasons that the counsel himself can be able to explain best as to what caused his absentia in court. As a result of his absentia, his worship magistrate Omar Jabang adjourned the case to the following dates; 9th and 10th of August 2022 at 13:00 hours for the case to continue.However, before the last sitting of Tuesday 26th July 2022, the court ordered the plaintiff’s representative Pa Thomas O’Brien Coker Admin and HR manager of the aforesaid company to bring along all personal files of the seven (7) accused and interdicted staff before the court as agreed upon. But as to whether or not the said files were brought or not, it was not announced. Nonetheless, once the case is on-going, whatever development happenings during the proceeding in the court, the general public will be informed accordingly as this case should be a concern to all patriotic and good citizens of the Gambia since both the company and the alleged missing gear box is a property of the Gambian populace.I therefore once again call on all media houses country wide to delegate credible, partial, ethical and professional journalists to attend and cover the proceedings as very interesting and important stories could be heard about the alleged missing gear box.
