KOGI LADY STABBED TO DEATH BY AN IGBO NEIGHBOUR IN KUBWA

Salma Yunusa, a native of Ajagwumu in Dekina Local Government was stabbed to death by a single mother of two, Immaculate Chukwudi who lives in the same compound with Salma and her elder sister Bilikisu Yunusa on Tuesday 12th March, 2024 in Biaji Kubwa area of Abuja.

Argument ensued from spreading clothes on a rope fixed by the deceased's elder sister which degenerated into Immaculate Chukwudi taking a knife, she stabbed the deceased in the presence of many neighbours.
She gave up the ghost on the way to the Kubwa General Hospital.
The culprit Immaculate confessed to the police with the stained knife, she's currently in police custody in Kubwa while the co**se was buried yesterday in Ajagwumu Dekina Local Government.

The elder sister of the deceased is calling on the public and human rights organisations to help her sister get justice.

My wife took my phone and deleted my girlfriend's number, Rose's number, and saved her own number as Rose.
I didn't know that someone had told my wife about Rose., I then got an SMS From Rose asking for money 200 dollars. I rushed to my wife and lied to her that I needed 200 dollars for an emergency.
I told her that my brother was sick and he needed the money urgently.
My wife gave me the money and I rushed to send it to the account number written in the message. When I was relaxing at home after work, I kept wondering if Rose had received the money.
I sent her an SMS to find out if she had received the money. Her response was, "Call me now."
I went outside behind the house to make a call.eeeh
You can imagine my horror face when i heard my wife's voice instead of Rose's,
It's been three days am still standing outside.
I don't know how to get back into my own house!!!

Photos of Justina Otuene, the 300 level Biochemistry student of the University of Port Harcourt who was allegedly h@cked to d£ath by her boyfriend simply identified as Collins, a 400 level student of Oil and Gas in the same institution, have been shared online.

The suspect identified as Collins was apprehended while he was allegedly about to dispose her body after allegedly k!lling her and harvesting her eyes and breasts.

Late Otuene had only celebrated her birthday on October 14.

Otuene had been declared missing earlier after she remained incommunicado.

MohBad Was Brought In Dead, Didn't Die In Our Facility, Lagos Hospital Releases Statement

Perez Medcare Hospital, where singer Ilerioluwa Aloba aka MohBad was allegedly taken to, has released a statement concerning the singer's death.

In the statement shared on its Instagram page on Monday night, the hospital stated that the singer was brought in dead at the hospital.

The hospital also debunked rumours that the singer was admitted into the hospital.

The statement partly read, "The attention of the management of Perez Medcare Hospital has been drawn to the misleading and false information being circulated in some social media platforms that Mr. Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba (AKA Mohbad) died in our medical facility.

"We consider it pertinent to put on record that at about 04:30pm on the 12th of September 2023, the lifeless body of Mr. Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba (AKA Mohbad) was brought to our medical facility and our medical team immediately sprang into action and after assessment, it was discovered that there was no sign of life, no central or peripheral pulse, no heartbeat, no recordable vital signs and his pupils were fixed and dilated.

"On attempting CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), rigor mortis (stiffening of some parts of the body in relation to death) was observed and the persons who brought him to our facility were informed that it was a case of BID (Brought in dead).

"Upon enquiry about the circumstances leading to the emergency, our team was informed that the deceased was being treated at home by a nurse and that she administered injections on him.

"Our team thereafter advised that the body be taken to the nearest Government Hospital where he can be deposited in the morgue.

"Let it be known that Mr. Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba (AKA Mohbad) was not a patient of Perez Medcare Hospital and was never admitted at our hospital at any material time whatsoever.

"Also, the nurse who was said to be administering treatment on him at home is not a staff of Perez Medcare Hospital and the video of the medical facility circulating In the media space in which the late Mr. Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba (AKA Mohbad) is seen alive and receiving treatment is not Perez Medcare Hospital."

IGALA TRIBAL MARK

In olden days, the Igala tribal mark was said to be used to identify the Igalas after the war is over, so they are not confused for the Igbos.

The marks are also meant to prevent Igala sons ans daughters from denying their true origin.

The three marks are mostly drawn horizontally on that sides of the mouth almost reaching the ears at both sides of the face with a single line added under the eyes on rare occasions.

To some, this is symbolic and carries more meaning than what the present generation can tell.

Today, many persons have left the village and no longer do this on their children, the marks are not really given anymore except on rare occasions when a child has certain illnesses.

When the illnesses are believed to be a sign of evil omen, then the marks are drawn on the faces and parts of the body after incantations are done.

The marks are believed to be a way stoping the illness and to keep the child alive.

Also, we have cases of reincarnation, this is given to give difference to that which has died and to stop the dead from calling the living.

This is Felix Joe Who signed out few days back and he passed on overnight today.

Felix Joe is a graduand of PAAU whose sign out celebration pictures went viral on Social Media as he was spotted lying flat on the ground to appreciate the efforts of his father towards his academic pursuits.

According to reports, he encountered a road accident 3 days back where it's said that a cow ran into the road while he was riding motorcycle in his village. The report also said that they were two on the bike the other person can now at least talk but Felix Joe has been on coma since the accident happened until he passed on overnight today 4:am.

This is more than disheartening, please pray for him and also pray for all the latest graduands in the house, life is beyond what we see physically.

Police yet to exhume Mohbad's body

The body of late singer, Mohbad, is yet to be exhumed for an autopsy to be carried out. Police source who spoke to LIB say the police is waiting for paper works to be completed with the state Ministry of Health who will be part of the process. The police source who spoke to LIB said by Wednesday, September 20 or latest Thursday, September 21, his body will be exhumed for an autopsy to be conducted.

Mohbad died on September 12 in controversial circumstances. He was buried the next day September 13. Nigerians have demanded that an autopsy be carried out on him following the startling revelations of him being harrassed and assaulted while he was alive. The Lagos state police command on Monday, September 19, set up a 13-man committee to carry out a detailed investigation into the circumstances surrounding his demise.

The committee is expected to turn in their report in two weeks.
