Wow, what a journey it has been! Months of dedication, hard work, and boundless determination culminated in a day that will forever be special.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who played a pivotal role in making this day extraordinary 🙏 Our incredible teachers, inspiring speakers, and our dedicated MU crew – you are the backbone of this success story, and we couldn't have done it without you. 🌈

A special shoutout too to our amazing stallholders who added so much magic to the event - your creativity, passion and community spirit were felt by all 🎪

Thank you too to both our Wokingham Town Mayor and our Wokingham Borough Mayor. What a privilege it was to have you both opening our event and we are so grateful of your support and your meaningful words 💝

Our hearts are overflowing with joy and excitement still as the Mindset Unlimited Festival not only met but absolutely smashed our wildest hopes and dreams! 🌠 The positive feedback we've received already has been overwhelming, and we are deeply grateful for your support and encouragement. 🙌

What do I wear? What do I need? These are the two main questions I find myself asking ahead of a well-being festival.

We cannot predict the weather, but it looks hopeful. And remember, all sessions are undercover so we are sorted even if it showers in terms of classes. But do bring anything you need to feel comfortable for your day.

If you're attending a class, it's important to bring your mat. If you know you'll need extra things to help you, do bring those ie bolster etc. And we urge you to bring comfys and blanket if you're attending a soundbath. You want to be able to totally relax. We simply cannot provide those extra bits for everyone, as much as we would love to!

New to our festival is uber talent taking the growingly popular Animal Flow. This is dynamic, challenging and extremely fun. I urge you to try it! It's addictive

What a line up it is! So happy with the variety and the calibre of experts we have speaking for you.

The stage will be hosted by our founder: TV presenter, yogi, mindfulness coach & Integrative Counsellor who will also be offering micro mindfulness and mental health tips throughout the day between sessions

All talks are FREE. Come, sit, relax and enjoy at leisure.

Strawbales and chairs are provided but are limited, blankets are encouraged... do bring whatever you feel you might need to make your day as comfortable as possible

The unfiltered stage is undercover... fingers crossed for a clear day though still!

There will be opportunities to meet the speakers after the talks and Q&As will be encouraged throughout the day
