I had an extremely emotional day Saturday and Sunday and I didnāt emotionally eat. I didnāt run šš½āāļø to my regular comfort foods either. I ate sensibly both days. Iāve noticed my body isnāt craving itās normal comfort foods when Iām sad, anxious or bored. This 12 week fitness and wellness challenge is working.
I love to see weight loss coaches and personal trainers who are patient with their clients and help them through their challenges and fears of working out.
We are officially in week seven of our 12 week fitness and wellness challenge and it is available on the website along with our November gi fitness calendar.

Iām noticing I canāt consume the same amount of food when I have an emotional eating episode. Since the small portions and intermittent fasting, Iām noticing a huge decrease in consumption and I am excited about that
I drunk way too much tea from Bojangles. I havenāt had sweets in 5 weeks and I am going through withdrawals and I couldnāt stop drinking that tea, maaan I been vomiting off and on š¤® since 9am this morning š„“š© Iād rather deal with the withdrawals because this is NOT IT!!!! I made a bad decision but I will definitely remember this moment š©

Keep going, even if you have a bad day
Yesterday 10/15 was the start of week 3. I am a day late posting the checklist. Will have it available this afternoon
We all react to Trauma differently. Some have to be with multiple women, some have to be with multiple men, others over eat, while others drink excessively. Some people shop to much and some work excessive hours weekly to avoid being alone to think.
The reaction is caused by the trauma and the trauma is caused by an event such as parents abandoning you as a child, excessive rejection from love, molestation, domestic abuse, lack of daily needs being met. So many other things.
To begin the process of healing and maturing, you must first be able to admit it, accept, separate yourself from the trauma and apologize to the people who were hurt by you during your traumatic denial.
Iām in the process of separating myself from my trauma and itās really frustrating because I have to deal with the pain of rejection and being put last or never chosen at all and that makes me cringe. I tend to run away and let it all go but if I donāt get past it, there are things Iāll miss out on. Up until now, I didnāt even care about healing in that area. I was perfectly content with running away.

I had to get my hair cut off August of 2022 and there wasnāt anything I could do about it. Iām still adjusting to having short hair but itās starting to grow back and itās much healthier. Fibroids can do a number on your body/health. Iām proud of myself for doing what was necessary even though I didnāt want to, I still chose change over being comfortable. After that change several changes came right after. I see so many differences from the first two photos taken 01/01/2023 to the photos taken between July 2022 and December 2022.
