This is my first post on here after a long time so I would like to re-introduce myself to you and tell you some facts about me.

1️⃣ My name is Mahfam and I am a wife and a mum to a beautiful baby girl 💕

I remember last year Hana and I were talking about our dreams and our future and things we want to achieve. (This photo was taken in Miami. We were in a dental conference!)
We both worked so hard to achieve our goals. We are in two different states now. She is becoming a successful, and super star dentist. I am so proud to call her my friend. 💕

Word of mouth is powerful; word of social media is even stronger!
When patients say they like you, other people listen.

Have you ever thought about this?
What you can do to gain more mentions on Instagram or Facebook and get digital word of mouth?
Things you should do:

1️⃣Following up appointments- ask your assistants or your front desk staff to call your patients to follow up and make sure they are doing well.
Sometimes when you have a larger case; I recommend you as a doctor to do that.

2️⃣Recommend patients to other doctors and trust me you will get referral from them as well.

3️⃣ Ask your patients to leave a review for you and mention you online.
4️⃣ Ask your patients to let you record them or they can record themselves and send you the review so you can share online.

5️⃣Ask your patients to follow you/like you on social media.
