This past weekend, Philadelphia hosted the Center for Black Educator Development Men Educator Convening 2025—an inspiring and deeply meaningful gathering focused on elevating, supporting, and empowering Black male educators across the country. The convening brought together leaders, teachers, advocates, and allies to discuss the challenges Black men face in education, celebrate their impact, and collaborate on solutions that strengthen the pipeline.
