It's been quiet over here. No need to fear, the first episode with .stellar music is here!

We sat down and talked about the beginnings of the rave scene in Oklahoma. We chatted on his influences and how he started. We finish up with what he is up to nowdays and his successful streaming brand Yogami.

DJ Love's first gig was in Lawton, OK. He later went on to be a resident at the legendary Lizard Lounge in Dallas, TX. He has played all over the world including clubs like the mighty Fabric in the UK.

His tunes are often in regular rotation with artists like The Freestylers, Krafty Kuts and even Fatboy Slim.

Hip Hop and Graffiti roots run deep in the rave scene. Even techno can be traced to a direct evolution from the early 80's electro scene from NYC.

Here is a young Goldie in mid/late 80's discussing art and graffiti.

Goldie would later take what he learned in Graffiti and apply the same principles to music. Laying the foundation for what would become drum n bass music.
