The Hardworking Chairperson for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Cape Coast South Constituency, Carolyn Ewusi has charged 2022 BECE Candidates sitting for the ongoing Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in the Ancient Capital to make Cape Coast proud by obtaining better grades.

She indicates that almost all of the better and good schools in Ghana are in Cape Coast and that she would be happy to see many of the candidates in these good schools to come out with good grades, and she made an appeal to the BECE Candidate not to disappoint her and president Akufo Addo, and if they do so they can benefit from Free SHS.

Mrs. Ewusi made the call when she Tours some selected BECE centers in the Cape Coast South Constituency to interact with candidates.

She encouraged the students, especially girls to have confidence in themselves and give off their best to pass successfully.

Professor (Mrs) Nana Ama Browne Klutse of the Department of Physics, School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences at the University of Ghana (Legon) and a proud indigene of the Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese (AAK) constituency in the Central Region has verbally launched an attack on her Member of Parliament (MP), Hon. Elvis Morris Donkor over his claim of constructing asphalted roads across the district.

The dame educationist upon getting previewed to the worrying situation couldn't get hold of herself but rather pounced on the MP to come out clear with the truth because he seems not to be speaking to the realities within AAK.

According to the climatologist, she can with just a snap of her finger mention a host of communities within the constituency which roads currently are full of dust.

Speaking in an interview Rashtv gh Ibrahim Dadzie, she said can just close her eyes to mention a number of such communities suffering from bad roads within the constituency which has Abura Dunkwa as its district capital.

Her outburst then led her to call out communities like Afangwa Nkwanta, Kwaman, Afangwa, Awiano and Tete Nkwanta, all within the constituency to be suffering from the said menace. Adding that it's only but three (3) communities which have benefited from this asphalt project by the Member of Parliament.

The Associate Professor through her submissions then called on president Nana Akufo-Addo and his NPP-led administration to put the MP who equally doubles as the Mines and Energy Committee Vice Chairperson to check as he's full of lies.
