Despite Gem State Conservatives spending hundreds of thousands to try to unseat the grassroots conservative chair Dorothy Moon, today she won with a larger margin than when she swept Tom Luna away in 2022.

The conservative movement did see 5 tough losses last night. Scott Herndon, Jacyn Gallagher, Chris Trakel, Tina Lambert and Julianne Young lost their races. All were hard fighters for Liberty, and will be greatly missed.

Caldwell - In a recent interview on 107.9 FM, a leader of the "Gem State Conservatives" undermined the efforts of our dedicated volunteer Precinct Committeemen by dismissively referring to them as "balloon blower uppers" and "cookie bakers."

The Canyon County Republican Party firmly opposes this deliberate misrepresentation of the critical role PCs play in shaping the platform and policies of the Republican Party. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of our outstanding PCs who are currently engaged in the hard work of campaigning.

"Gem State Conservatives" is not affiliated with the Republican Party, and they have openly admitted to supporting candidates who are not true Republicans.

We urge all Republicans to listen to this interview and decide for themselves how to interpret the endorsements from the "Gem State Conservatives."
